Second time getting shot down for service for a company meal. Tried to prepay for an order for a few hours ahead and the manager said can't do it because that's their rush time. What makes the difference if i call the same time I wanted it ready and place the order at that specific time? Is he gonna say no can't take your order we're too busy! No sense!!

    Pepperoni pizza and medium wings.

I have been coming to Grandpas for 27 years. Gone through a few owners and a few recipes. Current pizza and wings and ranch are Phenomenal. I live 3 hours away and try to come each time I come down to Phoenix. Staff are not the friendliest but makes up for it in their product. Pizza and wings are my absolute favorite and Grandpas is my favorite pizza and wings hands down. Don't forget to get ranch too.

Extra crispy extra saucy suicide wings and fries

This place has been around since I was a kid and it's never lost it's taste and AMAZING wing sauce Super good pizza great wings and environment It's a little small but worth the trip

    Trash sauce

This place is ran by teenagers, I asked for a manager and a different teenager came out. This place is a joke and not ran by a single adult. I ordered food Togo and the whole experience was trash. When I asked if they could better help me the AH said "yes, if you are willing to pay more". Like wtf. Your service was trash and now you want me to pay for more trash service? Nope ID prefer the Long Wongs in your same parking lot.

The arancini were a great way to start, and the Nutella e Banana with ice cream was the right call to close things out. But the night really belonged to our server, Jesus R. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm -- the kind of service that turns a good meal into one you actually want to write about. We'll be back, and we'll be asking for his section. Five stars.

The setting does a lot of the work: a large, charming garden with plenty of outdoor seating that gives the whole place a cozy, almost village feel. Inside, there's a small bar that's tough to get into, but it's really your only option if you're walking in without a reservation and don't want to wait an hour or more. The kitchen is usually the highlight. With an Italian chef behind it, everything leans fresh and well executed--pizzas consistently shine, and the salads are just as strong. This time, though, the bolognese was a miss. The pasta was clearly overcooked, which stood out given how reliable the food typically is--felt more like an off night than the norm. The wine-by-the-glass list is solid and approachable, and the many awards feel well deserved overall. A diverse staff adds to the cosmopolitan yet relaxed atmosphere. Even with the misstep, Cibo holds its place as one of the better all-around dining experiences downtown.

The crust is absolute perfection--crispy and crunchy on the outside, but still soft enough that every bite is easy and satisfying. But what really sets this place apart is their Mexican flavor fusion. The menu had no prices listed, which felt like they were just picking numbers. I wasn't told that the toppings would cost extra, so I ended up paying about $20 per main item. The food itself tasted good--flavorful sauce and a decent-sized calzone--but not worth $20. The portion sizes didn't match the price at all. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and the staff was polite, but communication was lacking. Overall, while the food was tasty, the value wasn't there, and I probably wouldn't return based on the price.

This is an embarrassment to anything Chicago or Wrigley related. Barely any beef and some nasty sausage patty, served with a bag of chips. This was not edible, so I just picked off the beef. The pizza was decent, but I can get better from Rosatti's. The worst part of the meal was the calzone. It was disgusting and barely warm. We all took small portions to taste and none found it edible. We left almost the entire order on the rack, aside from the pieces on our plates. Did the server care to ask? No, but more on that later. The small cheese with Ricotta was barely ok, but the ricotta was not as fresh as served at DeFalcos or Vero in East Valley. Service: AWFUL. We told the server that we want the large pizza to be our appetizer and then bring the rest of the food out. Nope. She brought everything out together. Refills? Had to try and finally get her attention. Never asked about our food. Didnt ask why the calzone was barely touched and we didn't want it to go either. Overall: Not coming back period.
