Thank goodness that Jet's has arrived in Surprise! I went down here a few weeks back for their "grand opening". They had 4 corner pizzas for $4.44. I got my pizza the same way I get all my Jet's pizzas....Bold pepperoni, well done, turbo crust. How was it? Perfect! I crave this pizza all the time. So crunchy and cheesy. I saw this chain of restaurants on YouTube and immediately found this location. OMG! You have to stop in a grab a delicious pizza. My husband and I ordered a medium with half pepperoni and onions, the other half was bbq chicken, mushrooms, and onions. I keep seeing these pop up around the valley so I decided to stop in and check it out. Right away you notice it's not really a dine in spot with only two small tables inside. The menu is pretty simple and we decided to order two of their four piece Detroit style pizzas. We were too late to enjoy their lunch special with slices and a drink. Service was okay. They greeted us and took our order when ready. Not too much beside that. We ordered one pepperoni and one with pepperoni and sausage. It took about ten minutes and then we were on our way. The pizza looked and tasted so good! We eat a lot of pizza and honestly I'm pretty over it these days, but this was something different, crispy crust and didn't taste overly doughy though it was deep dish basically. Not a bad pizza at all but it was just okay. The best thing about the pizza was a great crunch on the deep dish. The sauce and cheese were good, just not above average or unique. It is a really good lunch special getting two slices and a drink for under $10 after taxes. The staff were very kind and helpful. Amazing slice of Pizza! I had seen that Jet's opened a new location on Elm Street in Surprise, so I had to try it out! The store front is small, and it's really on Bell Road, but the doors open onto Elm Street! I had a slice of Pepperoni just to see how good it was, and it was delicious! The crust was the best part because it had just the right amount of texture to be crispy and tasty! I will definitely return for their wide range of items on the menu, including something called "Jet's Boat" which is described as "Calzone style sandwich baked with pizza dough and stuffed with your choice of pizza toppings"!! OMG my mouth is watering already! I highly recommend this place, and the counter girl, looked to be by herself, was doing a great job!! read more

This Jet's is a welcomed addition to the area! I placed my order online and only had to wait about five minutes for it at the shop. They had ample seating for folks to wait for their pizzas. We ordered an eight-corner pizza and the cinnamon sticks. I was a little bummed that they forgot the turbo crust that we ordered on the pizza (that's the best part!) but I understand that they're still getting started and the employees are learning. The pizza was great regardless and so were the cinnamon sticks! We will definitely be back. read more

Food is usually good. The 2 rating is for the poor service, specifically the short girl at the counter. Had a terrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes at everyone. Couldn't find anyone's orders and kitchen staff had to constantly come help her. Had to go up to the counter 4x an each time she would say 8 more minutes. The 3rd time I went up I asked her to check warming cart and she said it wasn't my order and that my order wasn't even ready, come back in 8 more minutes. As soon as a guy took over I went back to ask again and sure enough my order was in the warming cart. Waited an extra 15 minutes due to her laziness bad attitude and incompetence. I was so excited to get a jets pizza for my sister in law because she loves pizza. I have had jets in Minnesota and thought it was wonderful. Well I was not impressed with the pizza here in Suprise AZ. If they would have more sauce it would have been good. I am a huge fan of Jet's Pizza. Unfortunately this new location is simply not up to par (I'm hoping that's temporary). The staff was more concerned about talking with each other than finishing orders or taking care of their customers. My order was very late and my pizza was burned. Nice, clean location. Just a staff that needs lots of training. I may try again, but not for a few months. I'll wait and see what the rest of the reviews end up. read more

We wanted to try this place out since it was new and heard good things, so we ordered 2 slices of pizza which we were told would be 15 mins. We waited for over 20 mins. Finally we got the pizza slices which we were starving and wanted to try it hot and fresh. The pizza tasted good but was luke warm at best. Wife went back in to let them know and all they could say was it has been sitting there for a little while before they handed it out. There was 1 other person in the lobby at the time. Why would that be sitting there for us to just get luke warm pizza?? Not worth the price for cold pizza! Good thing we only ordered 2 slices. read more
