    Rudest  lady w worst attitude!!!

    Bad experience and long waiting time even had appointment for passport application. Stepping in and tried to check in but the staff told me to join the regular line with other walk in people. Didn't understand why the lady at passport service window kept helping the people for mails and packages. After 30 minutes, other window called me but said I need to wait for that lady!!!! Another 10 minutes later, finally that lady handled my application and said document was missing and could not be submitted. Always heard about bad service here but it is close to my home. Better go to somewhere else!!!

    My accountant mailed my tax returns via Priority Mail, from Whittier to Alhambra. The package was scanned and Informed Delivery indicated that it was left in/at mailbox. That was not so. I submitted an online service request same day, which was addressed within 1 business day as promised, and the package was delivered to my mailbox the day AFTER having been scanned as delivered. From the pictures you can see the damaged condition, but there was one sliver of the envelope connecting across the tear that would have to be broken to get the contents out. So I am reasonably assured no one peeked at the contents. I have no idea where in the mailstream the damage occurred, but I am happy that the USPS online service request worked quite well in this case. So balancing the timely response with the damaged but not breached envelope, I think that averages out to a 3-star review.

    Long 20-30 minute wait with a P.O. Box. The front desk 2 female clerks are rude. I purchased a P.O. Box for $99.00 1 year contract. Sometimes there is a gentlemen that you can hand your yellow card indicated you have a Large package. On occasion when you provide your yellow card. They can not find my package after waiting in line 20-30 minutes. Do not bother getting a P.O. Box here. Only 2 clerks working the front desk If you order from Amazon and get a delivery message it is 3-4 days until you can pick it up.

    Too long for waiting, even though there's three cashier. I better go to the one in valley, though smaller is faster there

I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!
