If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I came here with an appointment to get a new passport. The lady that "tried" to help me named Ana, told me she couldn't except my picture cause I was wearing a bun?... And says in her words "it says that inside the application booklet in "recent color photograph". Which did not say anything about having a "bun" or "hair tied up". She completely made herself look like a fool. Then she says she can't except my payment because my parents had wrote me a check and we're not present. Mind you the person I had made an appointment with told me it would be best to bring a check. Called my parents, said they were on their way and told her it'll only take 5-10 mins. Then she tells me she needs to take her break? That'll she would take 15 mins? Lol. Worst customer service.... I had the worst experience here, and I would advice you go to another place. read more

F this Post Office. I don't understand if they have their own special rules or something but this Post Office is THE WORST! They only give me issues. Horrible customer service (blonde woman there needs to learn what customer service is) and only wants to take more money from you. I've never had an issue mailing anything in a flat rate envelope but according this that blonde woman it's only for paper. Where does it say that? In her head most likely. I only give a 2-star rating because the new people that are working there are pretty helpful and nice. The outside of the post office is DIRTY, grass is just weeds, never watered, broken glass & trash everywhere & homeless people there all the time, coming right up to stand between you and the door you just opened. I started bring my 125lb dog with me!! The funny thing is this office is called the "Holiday Station" I am embarrasses for the tourists that may go there to see this just about next to Disneyland :( There is a post office on Stanford in Garden Grove that is a lot cleaner!!!! read more

Got my passport application processed here. Service is so QUICK! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I got my passport withing 30 days. Never been more satisfied with their service.... The representative explained the entire process and answered all the questions i had. The service was definitely professional and impressively thorough. More than what I expected from a government entity. Appointments are required for passports! You must call in to get an appointment. read more

Sad, it's unbelievable how frustrating it is to be on their route. Undelivered expected mail, continued receipt of previous residents mail, disconnect in communication within office shows in poor customer service and missed mail. My mom sends me a package of homemade donuts from Massachusetts in October. I leave for work in LA at 7am and don't get home until 6pm, so I never get my packages, only the slip. I have to go to the post office to pick up my package, but hours are 8:30am-5pm M-F, so it's impossible. Found this out by going on a Saturday. I eventually just gave up on the package figuring the donuts probably have gone bad, and they'll either throw them away or send back to my mom for her to. Yesterday (12/22), I receive another slip saying a missed a package again, I'm expecting another from my mother for Xmas: yay, get to deal with this again. This time, I call my boss and tell him I'm going to be late for work because I need to get this package, I go to the post office... It's the freaking donuts!!! Are you kidding me?!!! Guy told me they usually send back packages after 15 days... Oct, Nov, Dec... Pretty sure 15 days has gone by. Asked if they had another package for me... Nope. God knows what's happening with that. I asked for shipping options again and finally given a good option. I told the girl the other didn't provide the correct info. Horrible communication. I called asking about my packages and they said my address needed to be verified. I verified it and they said the mail man had it and would redeliver my packages. I went outside and waited. The next day I called and the kept hanging up on me. Finally at around 4pm they answered and told me that the packages were sent back to sender. I called 5 min before driving in the storm and asked if they had POSTCARD STAMP ROLLS (not the booklets) I was told yes by an employee over the phone (male). According to Alice or Ally couldn't see her name tag and her coworker who scolded me for not asking for the employee's name over the phone "George" because apparently "the people back there & supervisors don't know what's in stock". YET!!!! When I arrived and was told I could be helped at Alice/Ally's register & asked for the postcard stamp rolls she immediately with out bothering to ask or look told me that they didn't have any and I proceeded to tell her "I called before I drove here 5 min ago & I was told you did have it". So now tell me, do I have a right to be upset ? How many people does it take to do one simple job right? How many of you does it take to get good customer service at a USPS ??? I had the most difficult time with this post office. I wasted money on a Uber so I can pick up my package which they had called me a day before with this location to show up . I show up and this short Chinese lady tells me I'm at the wrong location so I go back home and call customer service and they tell me it was that location. THEY NEED BETTER WORKERS ! read more

Package is at the location since 7/30 according to their own tracking system. Supervisor George confirmed that during personal visits. Somehow they seem to be unable to locate it, I am close to giving up on it. Unfortunately it is a truly unique and expensive wedding gift, and the wedding is coming up soon. George keeps telling me the same story - he has to talk to the carrier, he has to talk to the person who scanned in the item. No progress, just buying time. I went to this post office this afternoon and opened a PO Box for 6 months in anticipation of a move. However, shortly after I purchased a PO Box, I was notified that the place was no longer available. I left the post office no more than an hour and return immediately to request a refund on the unused PO Box. I was told by the USPS employee that they would only be returning 50% of what was paid. I was not informed of the fees if closed before the 6 months. I am shocked and frustrated. I literally just opened the box 30 minutes prior! If I was informed that closing the PO Box early would result in a penalty fee, I wouldn't be as frustrated. I then asked the USPS employee to provide me with the rules and regulations regarding the PO Box but was told that it was in the computer and they couldn't retrieve it. I don't understand. Also, I paid $53 cash only to be returned 50% ....and in money order. They wouldn't pay me back in the same format! The employees there are lazy, rude and incompetent. Best to take your business elsewhere and from what I see of the other reviews, poor lackluster service is the norm. I will no longer be going to this post office. read more

The personnel behind the counter are great, but USPS broke a hand made plate I sent to Florida. It was packaged like a royal jewel, so it had to be intentionally rough handling. Cost me $30 to mail, and they broke it. I'll never trust USPS with anything important again. read more

The mail carriers from this location are the worst! We have highly secure, locked mail boxes where I live, and mail that is sent to me frequently never arrives. I even sent myself some letters ass a test, and frequently those letters never arrived. Every time eight out of tens times that packages are mailed to me with tracking, when I check the tracking code online, it says the packages were delivered, but there is no package, and I am literally at home waiting, and checking at the time that the mail person usually comes, so I have to go to this location, which is really far, and sometimes they will make up some story, and say that there was a request to hold my mail, which no one at my address ever made, and when I confront them about it, they just make up more stories, and will say that there was an issue with our mailboxes, and that they informed us, which is a total lie, because I have asked my neighbors about this, and they said that they never received any notices either. These shenanigans have been going on for months! Also, there are several locations very close to me, but for some stupid reason this location, and its lazy, incompetent, and rude staff, services my area. The worst post office ever! read more

This location is super super fast! 95% of the time I am in and out in under 10 minutes. Staff are not unpleasant but usual not going out of their way to wow you with customer service. All in all for a post office it's a 4/5 star rating in my book. read more

I just had a really good experience with this post office. A package that was supposed to be delivered today was showing that it was available for pickup instead of delivered. I called and spoke to Fernando and he said he would talk to the mail carrier and get back to me. 30 mins later he actually called back and said he found the package and I could come get it or he would make sure it was delivered tomorrow. Very Disappointed! I was expecting a package since yesterday it says on the tracking status " delivered" but my package wasn't in my mailbox. Excellent service. Everyone was pleasant. They suggested a cheaper way to send my package and assisted me with a change of address issue. People can be so rude sometimes but it was a pleasure to visit this po. I have been coming here for a number of years without any major issues. I don't know if 1 star is worth to give to this place! I went in today to send a package. The line was kind off long, there was 2 ladys working in the front the white lady was really rude to the customers she was helping, seemed like she was frustrated and and irritated. And also this guy who was really rude he shouldn't be working there, I asked him if he had a stapler that I can borrow to put my papers together and send them. He looked at me weird, he said I don't have one, he looked at the other lady who was working there next to him and he said I guess let me borrow your stapler so she can use it. I thought to myself really they can't even let me borrow a stapler??!! I am a customer who is bringing them business like any other customer that goes to drop off packages, they shouldn't be that rude to us!!! I don't know how they still have a job!!
