This was by far the worst experience of my life! My son walked in to get his passport done at 9:30am with a set appointment. The lady at the counter was on break and they asked him to step aside and give them a few minutes. Move forward to 1 hour later, he then checks back in and they state "OMG, we're sorry we forgot you were here"!! How do you forget about a child who stands about 6feet tall and is next to the counter on the opposite side of you??? Make it make sense!! On top of that he had ALL of the necessary documents needed and still requested a parent to be present - mind you I was only about 7 minutes late coming back from using the restroom at ralphs down the same block! So as I arrive, they now state they can no longer see us as we missed our appointment time. HOW???? WE'VE BEEN HERE NOW AND ITS 11:30AM... How did we wait for an additional 2 hours for you to say, oh you missed it? I will never understand their methods.. The Asian lady at the counter was so rude and disrespectful, I cant even write what I really want to write on this review because I am still PISSED OFF!!! In other words, please make sure you train your staff properly and have them learn to be decent people to US customers!! I will never ever in my life be returning to this post office!! I should of learned by reading all the reviews in the first place!! New management - DO SOMETHING!!

    Parcel drop screwed shut

Don't bother trying to drop a parcel here, the drop box handle is broken off and screwed shut. Tax dollars hard at work.

Proof that online says specific time and days for walk ins

Grumpy, incompetent liars. Older man told me they don't accept walk-ins for passport services. I'm sure he was just being lazy because this is info I found on their website, I didn't just make this up. USPS as a whole needs to just get rid of all the trash employees and rehire all new talent who actually wants to perform the duties that our taxes pay for. For reference I was there with my son who's a minor on Friday, 4/5 at about 2:10pm and by the way we had to get off of work early because both parents have to be present only to be denied the very service they're paid to perform.

The United States Post office is one of those tasks that many of us dread on any given day. Package your item, drive to the post office, stand in a long line and then wait and wait and wait before you finally get up to the counter and get charged an arm and a leg to mail something. Although this location has recently done away with the take a number system it actually seems to have sped up the process. No more standing in line to hear 8 consecutive numbers called with no one present before you finally get called up 20 minutes later. The single file line system works nicely and the line moves consistently well on most days. I have been here with 10 people and 1 person in front of me and I still typically get out with 10-15 minutes which is all I can ask. Do make sure your packages are already taped up and labeled to make this a smoother transaction. Overall this is a decent enough Post Office with most of the workers being friendly and knowledgeable in getting your package where it needs to be in the time it needs to be there.

Waiting forever for pick up station no one comes out to greet when it says 8:30am open and i waited over 10 minutes and guy in front of me waited over 30 minutes. We knocked ringed the bell and asked the clerk area if this is open and they said to knock and still no one came out to greet or tell us to wait. Terrible service! They need to either hire more people or change the time when they do not even open 8:30am for pick up.

For those ppl complaining about things being "run down" it's really not that bad. This is a simple…read moreno frills place...get in and get out. You're not here to lounge. I'm here weekly and service is always fine. Compared to Fedex and UPS...their rates are better as well. Love the easy parking in front or in their private small lot!

I walked into the 333 W Broadway Anaheim Location for the first time, and I had 3 packages with me…read more 1 with a QR code, and two with a printed label. Upon walking up to the waiting point Hector and another employee were talking and then hector called me over. I told him I had a QR code for the package and he then proceeded to very rudely lecture me about how I passed a self service kiosk where I could have done it myself. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated and just stood quiet, when he told me to rate his service on the machine I pressed the frowny face and he got angry and said "Why did you press that" and I said "Girl-" and he said It's what I'm supposed to do but okay, you can take these other two packages to the self service and do it yourself. He rudely made me go to the self service kiosk that I didn't know how to use because my nearest post offices DON'T have them. On top of that, it was locked so I couldn't drop them off in the bin. Then I went back in line to tell him I couldn't drop it off, and he told me it must've been locked and to just drop them off to the side, where I had originally gotten helped at!! It was a waste of my time and the fact that his ego was that big is insane.
