I agree with the poster who said that the employees here are nice enough, but dear god they are slow. Lines move at the speed of molasses.

Had to mail a package and had no problems. 3 people in front of me and it moved quick enough, enough mail material for me for now.

During peak seasonal mail times (like Christmas) they really could use additional some staff.

Went there, told the woman at the desk what I needed...immediately she sucked her teeth and gave a "tsk" sound as if I were bothering her otherwise peaceful shift. She looked at me out of the side of her eye and said in a condescending way that I could do it online. Told her I was in the neighborhood and liked to do things in person, which caused her to reward me with the same look I have seen others give an idiot, and with a bit of a sneer she gave me the change of address card and returned her attention to her cell phone. Was already pissed by this point, but I kept my cool and filled out the card right there, then walked back up to the desk to give it to her. She took the card from me and said to expect something through the mail confirming the change of address, then again returned her attention to her cell phone, dismissing me without any courtesy. Not that I actually expected any courtesy...that would require decency and a bit more genuine personality than a blighted turnip. I left there with serious concerns about my change of address, and those fears were realized when 3 weeks later I still had not received a single piece of mail at our new address. I was not confidant that I could keep my cool during a repeat visit to inquire about the COA that I had submitted, but luckily my wife volunteered to go to the post office in my place, and I happily agreed. My wife is a ray of sunshine who is so sweet that I have seen her make the meanest of people smile and be happy. Well, afterwards she was so angry that she had to pray to Jesus Christ for an hour to remove the anger from her heart before she could even talk to me about it. 5 days later and I still don't know what exactly happened, because when she talks and thinks about it she still gets so angry that her words lose all sense and order...a thing completely out of her character. The gist is that she was told that no COA was submitted - which means that they filed it in the garbage can - and that for whatever reason she would have to submit another but not until she came in with ID's for every member of the household and other proofs which is the first in my experience having moved multiple times over the last 40+ years. So no, I would not advise anyone to attempt to use this particular post office for any reason other than you wish to experience first hand the angst and futility of people who have taken it upon themselves to use their position to spread their very own brand of misery to the rest of the world as they emerge from whatever dark hole births them with the falling and rising of the sun. Normally I would say that some new/existing upper management should bring in some fresh blood with fresh attitudes to attempt to turn the place around, discarding the current staff and their misery to seek new careers in any field that does not involve public relations. But having been witness to the levels of scorn these people actually show to the public, I would rather suggest they close this location, demolish the building, bring in a catholic priest to exorcise the land of any surviving evil spirits so that they not continue to plague the surrounding community, and build a garden...but I still don't think anything would grow there. Yeah, don't use this office. You've been warned.

This post office has the nastiest people in the world working there. They are rude, disrespectful,…read morecondescending, arrogant, belligerent, and they don't even know the rules and laws regarding the post office. If you ask them a question, they get angry, if you ask them more than one question they explode in anger. The equipment at the teller windows never works properly, the line is a mile long and slow, the lobby is dirty and disorganized and messy, and it smells moldy. Out side there are drug addicts begging for money and adding to the trash that's all over the ground. There are on 5 customer parking spaces and the postal trucks often park in them. And the postal trucks speed all around town and run red lights and stop signs. Something is very wrong there. There have been protests by concerned citizens and even elected officials have spoken in public at the protests about the problems there. I started recording everything when I go there and some of the tellers went ballistic when they realized I caught their atrocious behavior on video. I encourage everyone to record their entire visit there.

I was 30 weeks pregnant and came in to do a few Amazon returns while my husband and toddler waited in the car. I politely asked to use the gray cart to bring in my packages. One female employee said yes, but almost immediately both female employees started sharply questioning me: "How many boxes do you have?" "Is it a lot?" and repeating that the store closes at 3 PM and I should come back tomorrow, even though it wasn't 3 PM yet. To move things along, I asked if I could start scanning the QR codes while my husband loaded the cart. One of the employees responded rudely that whatever wasn't done by 3 PM wouldn't be scanned and I'd just have to come back. A male employee who seemed new tried to help and started scanning my first return, but when a second code didn't go through, the two female employees just stood back watching him struggle, clearly unwilling to help. Feeling frustrated but still trying to be polite, I rolled my items back toward the door and said sarcastically, "Thank you so, so, so much for all your help -- you've been extremely helpful, enjoy your weekend." One of the female employees(Lexi) then said, "F-her, I'm not helping her, she's being rude." When I turned and asked what she said, things escalated. They raised their voices, said they didn't care if I was pregnant, and one of them shouted: "I don't care if you are pregnant, I will smack the [expletive] out of you." My husband came in, worried for my safety, and told me to go to the car. As I was leaving, I saw one of the female employees come out from behind the counter and start throwing our packages. Another customer in the store was so disturbed that she yelled at the employees about their behavior and later gave me her contact information to support a complaint. This incident caused me so much stress that my OB has referred me to a cardiologist. I filed a complaint with UPS Corporate (Case No. C-0319717605), but because this location is privately owned, I was told by corporate there is basically nothing they can do. I was also told the store refused to provide the video footage corporate requested, and that they communicated to the owner to reach out to me, which she has not! As someone who lives in this neighborhood and shops in this plaza often, I now feel unsafe using this location and hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Two other customers were also turned away at the same time. I needed to buy a box for one of the returns and was told I couldn't even pay in cash but apparently the register was completely closed before the actual closing time. If the store stops processing transactions before 6:30, that should be made clear somewhere, either on the door or online. It's a huge inconvenience to rush over after work thinking you have time, only to be turned away early. Definitely disappointing and not the level of service I expect from UPS.
