The building is clearly marked.  It is a little difficult to find the door at first because it is tucked behind the main facade but that allows for easy entry during inclement weather as mentioned.  The landscaping is attractive and well designed.  All in all it is a pleasure to visit this post office for my postal business.

I thought she was selling masks at first because she was holding it as she helped the first woman. But she never put it on. She helped about 8 customers while I repacked and labeled my parcel.

The counter clerks are very good at what they do and offer a positive outlook.  It's refreshing to do business with them.  If the building is closed there are some conveniently located postal boxes right outside.  You can drop items in when walking by or even drive up if you want to.  The building is located in a quaint plaza and the traffic passing by is usually quiet and moving at a reasonable pace.

Three times now when I check the box to hold my mail that I would pick it up after my vacation they…read moredid not do it but instead delivered my mail on the last day of my expected vacation. On two occasions I came back several days later than projected. When I went to the post office to pick up my mail a male employee said he check and then told me I checked the box to deliver my mail on the last day of my projected vacation, which was a LIE. This third time, they included the card I filled out, which clearly stated that I would be picking up my mail. So with that documentation in hand, of which I scanned. I filed a formal complaint and will be talking to the Canton, MI Supervisor shortly, providing her a copy of the hold card and the complaint serial number.

This is the second time in the last two weeks that they have lost my mail which one was a certified letter and the other one was registered express mail and overnighted. The postmaster here won't even come out to help you. Very, very unprofessional USPS facility.

How do you review a post office?…read more 1.) Location: Best in the world,, corner of Southfield and Fort (minimal traffic) 2) Parking: Super didooper awesome. Always had a parking spot every time I came to do mail stuff. 3) Interior: it's a little older, but everything is in working order. Clean, neat, orderly and not a spec of dirt anywhere. 4) Employees: exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They're always glad to help you out. I don't know what kind of other things to talk about when it comes to mail. I walk in, drop my mail or a package off, I pay for it, I walk out and I'm good to go. My mail or package gets there early is a plus, but all in all I just need it to get there in a timely fashion or even if it's extremely backed up, I would just want the item to get there period.

Fast forward a year & Im currently standing in line with 13 other people. There's 3 clerks working at the counter with no sense of urgency at all. We have been waiting for over 30 mins. One of the ladies just asked if there's another clerk available in the back...we are yet to see her. I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you have to come, because this is horrible.
