They were neglectful in letting checks be stolen and incompetent in not stopping the check and reissuing another check. I now know they have a suspect yet I have not been paid. The person of interest is part of the Teamsters Union and I am not. I have filed a wage claim with the CA labor board. Jerry Flores (gbflores@ups.com) and UPS are breaking the law in not paying me. I spoke to Chula Vista PD they said since it was not given to me it was not stolen from me and UPS would have to give them a call to investigate.
