Our family has used this UPS Store as our central spot for a few years. The place is always super clean and organized, which makes it easy to feel comfortable when we're there. The staff is incredible and goes the extra mile to help us. They will open another register if they see a line forming, which is great for avoiding the wait. We love how detail-oriented and friendly they are when dealing with customers. Esmeralda and David truly excel with their outstanding service. They greet each customer with a smile and are exceptionally patient when assisting customers who struggle to pack or locate their Amazon orders. Our experiences at other UPS stores have shown a stark contrast; those locations often ask customers to step aside and sort things out on their own. I came in the store after work and I had an ocular migraone and I was first complimenting the earrings and tried to be nice. I ended up being served Bu this young blond girl. She was not nice at all. I asked how could I get my items to the franchise tax board as fast as possible. I am 61 years old and she was very rude. Then she said the amount and paid via Apple Pay. I was given a receipt and I asked for a highlighter to highlight the tracking number. The next thing she tossed it at me. Then I told her that her customer service skills were very bad. I told her if I who have ever treated a customer that badly I would be done. She started to be sarcastic and even more rude. Then she stated she was not talking anymore and kept on being a smart Alec. i told her she was no older than my Son. And had no respect. i do not get treated this way at the fed ex store ever. Obviously she feels comfortable to be cruel and nasty. Also I almost went through the window instead of the doo because she made me so upset. The other guy stayed quiet and said for me to leave the store. Which I was intending to do. The store is nice but that girl is cruel and did not care that people may have visual impairment or other issues. I will never go there again. I will find another resolution. Like another store. Very upsetting and also she would not give her name. Completely disappointing! read more

I needed my photo for my passport, It was super quick and easy and the cost was $16.00 If I had waited to get the photo taken closer to the Passport Agency in Los Angeles, it would have cost about $30.00 Plus all the ladies there were so nice! read more

I have been going to Postal Annex for about 10 years. I use it for mostly for sending out packages. I am in the store at least 3 times or more a week. So here's the thing; these people are nice. Like, almost upsettingly nice. There so nice you start wondering "am I an awful person if I'm not this nice?" Fortunately if you are an awesome person, they are probably still nice. This is near where I work so I've had a few trips there with package drop offs, mailings etc. every time they've been friendly. And, you should know this about me, im not always what you'd call an "easy customer." You know how Sally from when Harry Met Sally orders a salad? That's how I am, but with packages. They handled my requests with a smile each time, are as good to me when I'm just dropping off and not paying as when I am, and my packages get where they are supposed to. ONE NOTE - if you are an AT&T customer, the service in this shopping center sucks - so make sure you've downloaded your amazon packing slip or whatever on your phone, cause you won't be able to accsss email here. So in summation: Postal Annex, 5 stars. AT&T, not so much. read more

I walked into this store two days ago to send my daughter a very important piece of mail. The owner, Kimia was there, along with a trainee. I asked for pricing to send this article of mail. After balking at the prices for FedEx and UPS, Kamia suggested I send it USPS Priority Mail. The trainee needed help inputting the information. Kamia had to show her multiple times what to do. I specifically stated that I did not want signature required since my daughter works 12 hour days and is unable to be home to sign for anything. I received a frantic phone call from my daughter today stating that she got an "unable to deliver" notice from the post office requiring a signature. WHAT?!!! I called Postal Annex to find out what they could do to remove that signature required and get my daughter's mail to her. I was told they would call the post office and call me back. Forty five minutes later, I still had not heard from them. I called back and spoke with Amy - the least helpful, least professional person in the service industry. Her lack of empathy and straight up denial to help or follow-up escalated this situation. This did not need to happen. Period. She then hung up on me. I drove directly to Postal Annex to speak with Amy face-to-face. During our exchange, she called me a very nasty name. Again, WHAT?!!! Thank heaven her co-worker, Brian stepped in. He went online and left a note on the redelivery request with USPS, to remove the signature required, as this was left checked in error by their trainee. His kind manner, professionalism and assistance are what every person in the service industry should hope to attain. Brian deserves a raise. Amy deserves to be fired. I am awaiting a phone call from the owner. My "stars" will reflect the outcome of that call. read more

I really dislike giving bad reviews but I really can't help but have to do that with this place. I called regarding having my daughters passport picture taken and was told that I can come in the morning but they do it any time and close at 6. I showed up in the afternoon and as soon as we told them that we were there for the picture the lady behind the counter had an attitude because she said she had to re clean the table. She said she had it ready in the morning and was very bothered. My husband apologized letting her know he didn't actually have an appointment but if it was an inconvenience then we could go somewhere else. I really had to calm my husband down because I knew he was upset at the way she answered us as customer. So we decide to have her take the picture which she did and as you can see it's blurry, she's not facing straight and didn't bother to retake it. She said that the passport facility should be fine with this picture because she's an infant I didn't want to argue so we paid and left. We have now gone somewhere else where the picture came out great and the customer service was amazing. read more

I love the postal annex! Everyone is so nice here. I highly recommend this place over going to UPS or the FedEx stores. The FedEx employees that work at the store in this same shopping center are very unpleasant and not helpful at all. You can send US Mail, UPS and Fedex from this store.
