Only a half mile from the IdentiGO on office for my pre-TSA processing today. Stopped by to grab a book of stamps to send out the last remaining Christmas cards without stamps on them. Bought a book of 20 for some extras. Parking is a bad set up, if you park along the building, your only walking path is the driveway. It's a very small post office inside. Not the warmest or friendliest of staff here at all. 20 stamps for $11.60. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I wonder why I even come here.?. There's nothing convenient about this office. I live around the corner but It takes 45 mins to ship anything at any given time because there's ALWAYS, ONLY 1 person working the counter as 4-5 ppl walk back & forth past the counter looking stupid. Never thought this place could get any worse after that short haired lady past away! I swear they have their friends up there just to piss other customers off. I stood in like for 45 minutes BEHIND 5 other customers before the line even started moving! The whole time the 1 person working was trying to a t cute with a customer who clearly didn't want anything to do with her. Another employee came out and started the second line and THEN the first lady started working at normal speed. How can Warrens post office have a whole cast of professional employees and Center Line has been the worst for over 12 years straight?!?! Hope the post master reads this and cleans house or at least keeps the backup lady who moved things along! I pray that they never have that employee on a daily route or residents won't know what's the 3 day holdup on their mail! read more

I would recommend trying a different location - if you really need help. This location has less than satisfactory customer service. Everyone is always annoyed and unhelpful. I'm shocked it's even still open. I've experience poor service every single time! read more

Tried returning verizon phone with prepackaged USPS label. Clerk mocked me for not tapping it, instructing me to buy a roll of tape off the wall at the end of the line. (2 tape dispensers next to her keyboard) I can understand if I your trying to hand an unsecured package to a delivery guy... but a strip of tape? Never ship USPS unless it's your only option. This has got to be the worst post office ever. I've been there twice this week due to having to ship a bunch of stuff out of state. The first day the two female employees were incredibly rude when I asked if they had any tape available. I guess it's in their job description to belittle people for not knowing this particular box had a peelable strip to seal it, my bad. Day #2, I should have waited and went to the post office by my house but silly me enjoys self inflicted torture. I walk in at 10am there are three people standing in the lobby looking confused because there is no employee in sight. A few minutes later an employee comes out and let's a girl in a side room the proceeds to disappear again. Mind you there are still two other customers plus myself waiting. So those two people get mad and just leave. When she finally returns I ask her if they have any more priority envelopes because there is only one left and I need three total. Without saying a word to me she leaves again and reappears moments later with the envelopes, I begrudgingly say thank you and she doesn't respond. When I'm done packing it in standing at the counter waiting for her to reappear from wherever she keeps going, there is now two more people also waiting. She comes out and says its prepaid you just leave it. Sorry if I prefer to not leave my items laying out unattended for anyone to take. As of 5pm by packages have not been scanned, I know this because I get an alert when they scan it. So they are probably still sitting on the counter or in the garbage with her piss poor attitude. Congratulations government employees you really know how to show customer appreciation. read more

I cannot express enough gratitude to TONI the woman working at the post office this morning. She went above and beyond to take us today because the location my appointment was at today (set 2 months in advance) had a power outage. She didn't have to fit us in but she did and I couldn't be happier. Customer service was beyond amazing with her! read more

TONI should be fired due to her lack of care and customer service. I went to this location thinking it's closer to home. When I got there it was 1:45 and they close at 2. I understood that and came prepared with one package completely taped and ready to go, but I needed tape for the other package. When I got to the counter, TONI took one look at my packages and rudely told me that she can't accept my packages this way. I told her I just needed materials and she again rudely told me that there were materials along the other side of the wall. I don't normally send out packages which is why I needed help from this so-called "customer service rep." At this time she specifically told me that I have to come back with both my packages ready before 2 so she can accept it. Afterwards I went back up and she told me she can't take my packages because one wasn't taped. It was 1:59. I understand that it's almost closing time but she told me I could come right back up before 2. I told her that's fine but can I just forget the second package and send out the one package that is TAPED and READY to go? She said no it's now 2pm and she will not take it. She continued to argue with me and it became 2:05. All she had to do was take the sealed package from my hands. It would've taken 5 minutes (the same 5 minutes she took to argue with me). It's as if she wanted me to struggle and feel guilty for asking her to take my SEALED and ready to go package at 1:59pm. I'm not a difficult person to deal with in customer service. I worked in retail pharmacy for 5 years so I know what it's like when it's time to go home. But this was my first time sending out a package and she could not take 10 seconds just to tell me how to get my packages ready. My first time experiencing such a rude receptionist with such lack of care or respect. She belittled me just because I didn't have my 2nd package taped. The way she treated me shows what kind of upbringing she has and how miserable she is that she has to treat nice people so rudely. A customer before me probably ticked her off which is why she took her anger out on me. DISGUSTING! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! read more
