He feels it's necessary to berate me with a rant on why my package isn't taped and I must be in "the 90% of people group who don't tape their packages." It's not a requirement to tape packages before drop-off... If you hate your job, don't take it out on customers. Find somewhere else to work and stop being a Scrooge. I asked for help and he stated that there was nothing he could do for me. I asked for another employee. She came out and stated the password the previous employee gave me was old. I received a different password and was unable to log on. She told me that I would have to drive to Starbucks and send the information to UPS through Starbucks' Wi-Fi. I drove to Starbucks and sent the information to UPS via Starbucks' Wi-Fi. I drove back to UPS to have the letter printed and she printed the letter on card stock (at no extra charge). Professionally, I could not mail a card stock type letter. The employees were not welcoming or helpful. I will not be back.

I was there about 1 hour 15 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly and professional. There were 2 people at the counter. They attended everyone on the line pretty quickly. So I was out in 10-15 minutes. It was awesome!! I noticed that more people arrived an hour before the post office was scheduled to close. So keep in mind there's a longer wait the closer you get to closing time.
