Not only did they lose 5 irreplaceable packages, they never answer the phone. Thanks so much for contributing to an already shitty world.

Terrible service. Rude. The guy on the other side of the line said "I don't understand how you could make that mistake".

Don't go here if you need to buy postage. They only accept packages and letters that already have postage.

I've been a long-time customer at the FedEx on Sunnyside in Clackamas (Store #5303), regularly…read moreprinting and scanning documents for my notary business. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and always appreciated the service--until recently. The other day, I needed to scan a full set of legal-size documents, around 140 pages. To avoid any issues, I split the documents into three smaller batches, just in case the scanner couldn't handle all of them at once. All the pages were the exact same size, and I fed them through carefully. Each time, after the scan appeared to finish, the machine threw a fatal error message. Not once, not twice, but all three times. This was clearly a technical issue with the self-service scanners. After the third failed attempt, I brought the issue to the front desk. Instead of acknowledging that their equipment wasn't working properly, they told me I would need to pay a fee to have the documents scanned behind the counter. That makes zero sense. Why should I have to pay extra because your machines failed? This isn't just about me being a frequent customer--it's about customer experience and common sense. When your tech fails three times on a simple scan of same-size documents, and your response is to charge the customer more, that's a terrible business decision. It shows a lack of problem-solving and a complete disregard for loyalty. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the culture or the people, I'm not sure. But I used to rave about this location. Now I'm second-guessing whether I should keep bringing my business here.

They were very efficient and even performed special cut on our coupons since we did not size them correctly. I would highly recommend this Fedex location, they really know what they are doing and happy to help in any way they can. They were in constant contact during the printing process to keep me updated and got everything done day of!! Fabulous service, thank you Fedex Sunnyside!!!

Not the best post office ever. To be fair, it has more than 6 parking spots, more like 12. Or…read moreeven 20. And you can park on the street for 15 minutes. But the place is small, dark, and dank. I hate that when there is a line, which is most of the time, people have to hold open the door between the cashiers and the rest of the P.O., and people have to squeeze by them to get out. Why not make a wider entrance? Would it really kill them to remodel? The ONLY saving grace is the automated postal center (APC) usually works and most people there don't know how to use it, meaning I can sneak in, buy my stamps or mail my package, and run out quickly. The people working there are no nicer or meaner than any other government employee. We all have good days and bad days. Did you know that if somebody dies and you present his or her DD-214 showing discharge from the military you can pick up a free full size American flag at the post office to be placed on the casket or in the columbarium, or for you to keep? Just one more thing the post office can do for you. As you leave and are turning back on to 82nd, there is a beautiful view of Mt. Hood. Check it out. And be careful, people drive really fast on 82nd and it's easy to get creamed.

I don't recommend this post office at all. Very unprofessional employee grab my package. Tell me…read moreshe going to hold it. Not letting me know the policy. I come back to pay for it and she sends it out. Now I have a package I can't track.
