As though i was bothering him with my question asking if they do this, and if so, how. Okay. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, one of them helping the couple in front of me, no one else is in the store. The second guy working there makes no eye contact and does not ask if he can help. He's just... standing there. After several minutes pass, the people in front of me have been helped and leave, they guy who was helping them leaves the shop, and finally Mr. Second Guy asks what I want. This part was easy, that it seems easy for him to find my email and print my 3 page PDF. ... and charges me $5 for three pages. It was just a prescription for my cat, very little ink on the cheap white paper. This will not become the business I regularly use for my printing or any other needs at all. The documents were in fact NOT scanned to my email, so the service was not provided. (I went to the library and scanned for pennies after I left this store). And the price is not clearly posted, should absolutely be stated up front to the customer regardless, and is TOO HIGH. $1 *per page* to scan a document is not reasonable. So, blaming me for an interaction I behaved appropriately in, and in which your staff person was reactive and rude, when you weren't even in the store, and going so far as to post that false accusation here, is all wild behavior. Just take a little accountability for your staff member's behavior and maybe reflect on the price you are charging for that service.

If the corporations have a problem, FedEx will pay attention to their issues. If you're a little guy you're screwed, aka me. Eight days ago I shipped a parcel to have it overnighted and paid 100 bucks to do so from this venue. The next day I received a email stating that my shipment will be delayed, and not delivered until Friday, so much for the overnight expense. Then I was told my parcel was delivered, however, the intended recipient tells me they have not received it nor has anybody in that office. FedEx now tells me they have opened up an investigation, which they have now closed with no explanation or refund to me, moreover, I'm told I can call customer service, all you will get there is either Haji or Muhammad from Pakistan with whom you cannot understand a word they speak. ( this is intentional on their part ) I am now out $312 plus $100 for shipping & no my only recourse is Yelp and Google review plus fill out a claim on their site that will never get answered. TAKE NOTE! I full on support the vandalization and sabotage of their unattended trucks.
