One time I had to ship out a wresting mat which seemed impossible for me to find a box for and the Postal Connection clerk at the Indio location helped me find the perfect box no problem. I know they have had some new hires which have been super sweet along with the Owner who gave me such good customer service i continue to come back to that store. I did not "become disruptive," but simply stated that fee was not reasonable and I wouldn't pay it. The clerk then told me to leave and never come back. Talk about an out-of-proportion reaction. The documents were in fact NOT scanned to my email, so the service was not provided. (I went to the library and scanned for pennies after I left this store). And the price is not clearly posted, should absolutely be stated up front to the customer regardless, and is TOO HIGH. $1 *per page* to scan a document is not reasonable. So, blaming me for an interaction I behaved appropriately in, and in which your staff person was reactive and rude, when you weren't even in the store, and going so far as to post that false accusation here, is all wild behavior. Just take a little accountability for your staff member's behavior and maybe reflect on the price you are charging for that service.
