You need to make an appointment ahead of time so when you do that they help you pretty swiftly. The guy working when I was there was very friendly and helpful. They also have a big front desk where you can get other services and several people working there to get the line through. Another thing that was new to me here is an electronic do-it-yourself section where you can get mail and packages sent without needing an actual person to help, kind of cool.

They usually have enough Priority, etc., supplies on hand, except of course, during this past holiday rush (December 2020), but then no post office around did. They screw up getting mail to us, they don't take responsibility for their screw up; they can't be bothered to answer questions unless you come into the office. Even the office on Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland doesn't do its job and answer questions. Each year they keep saying they need more money per stamp, but the service quality drops more each year.
