If there was a negative rating I would be clicking on this. The employees will cover each other's backs instead of doing what is right. KARMA... I have given my situation to The Most High, Sees EVERYTHING. USPS workers think you are so smart when in fact you are only hurting yourselves and everyone! I had a year P.O. Box. Instead of letting me know my box payment was due they closed my box and put returned to sender on all my mail. They TAMPERED with my mail! To this day the situation has not been corrected. I check back many times only to find out from their superior no one verified my new address. I tried to re-open the same box but this wasn't an option. Seems this location is very incompetent, from their superior's mouth. The many times I was there and no one went out of their way to check this minor detail with a HUGE impact on my life. Washington is full on in the know. Seems this location has lots of issues and when you leave comments it doesn't help them but add to on going issues. I'm not going away. I have learned NOT to drop off my packages here as they never for some reason reach their destination. What "IF" a package was dropped for delivery but instead of shipping it someone stuffed it where they shouldn't of?... What was in the package? My sister-in law sent my daughter a graduation card with a gift card in it. It was so obviously intentionally sliced open that it wasn't even funny. Of course, the gift card was gone when it was delivered to us. It's sad that we can't trust government employees who are paid by our tax dollars to do the right thing! read more

Well, I knew it would be a fight when I came here. The previous reviews clearly all complained about one person in particular. Patsy. I knew as soon as I saw her that she was Patsy by the descriptions. Old, with pure white short curly hair and a sour expression. There was only 2 people at the front counter, and she was the only one open. I strode up to her and told her that they failed to deliver my package on Saturday and then failed to even attempt to redeliver on Monday. She asked for my ID and I pulled out my passport; a VALID PHOTO ID. She immediately tried to say that they only accept driver's licenses as valid photo IDs because it needs to have the address on it. Excuse me, but no one updates their driver's licenses every time they move, only when they need to renew it! I told her I want my package and that this is a valid ID. I also told her I opened a case about the no attempts on redelivery the night before and offered the case number as well as the tracking number. She even makes a comment about "well who's driving?" and first, that's not her business, second, I told her I was driven there. So then she finally huffs and tells me to give her the address. I wrote down my name AND address on the paper she gave me and waited while she took it back to locate my package. I heard her complaining to someone in the back about me using a passport for ID and within 2 minutes she came back with my package, a small hard envelope, waved it at me and said "This is not a package", to which I rolled my eyes since, clearly, it's not just a letter. So she asked to see my passport again, I gave it to her (she was not very nice with it) confirmed my name and practically threw it back at me. I also want to mention that she was very loud, and clearly does not hold customer privacy on any list; high or low. She then BARELY mentioned that essentially she was going to give me my package after I signed for it, and tried to say that they driver attempted to deliver on Saturday AND left a slip; which he did not. We saw no slip either on our front porch, the yard, the door, nor the mailbox. He left nothing. In fact I didn't even know about the attempt until Amazon sent me a message at almost 9 pm that night that a delivery was attempted, followed by the out for delivery message at the same time. I was firm and told her that neither time did he leave a slip, as I would have done that instead of driving early in the morning on my day off to deal with that post office, and especially her. She shut up after that, realizing I wasn't going to be cowed by her rudeness, but she still kept trying even until the end, making snide comments about how they had been having issues with my address (aside from ordering a lot lately due to Covid, our mailbox and front door are eady to access and we even have a half circle driveway so plenty of room to drive around), so I signed my name on the e signature and just saw the printed name part after I hit the ok so she had to redo it, and I commented "Oops sorry, I saw that" and she grumbled "Yes you did see it". I just rolled my eyes and redid it with my signed name and printed name, hit ok, then she practically threw my package at me. I just smiled and told her to "Have a nice day!" Unlike her, I'm not a Scrooge for no reason, and I wasn't going to let that old cunt try and bully me. Just be firm with her guys! The more you let her push the more she'll take! Never going back there unless I have to, but I will not back down, because it got me what I wanted! Try not to go here though if at all possible. Would rate 0 stars if possible lol. read more

Patsy, who works there is rude to just about everyone. She acts like one of those people who thinks she can mistreat others because she thinks she has power. She also lies to customers about services offered at the Post Office. Then you have the carriers in Plant City who can't read and give me mail for addresses on the other side of town. They also don't know how to close mailboxes. Mail get drenched when it is raining. read more

We been visiting the Plant City post office and live in Plant City and we have had very little problems with them. The staff at the office are generally quick to get you in and out. Our postal carrier is a doll and everyone in the neighborhood loves her and she goes out of her way to help the community. I've seen many rude comments about Patsy Parrish and I can relate, but only one time in the last 11 years has she been difficult to deal with, which got me angry and she was a little angry too, but when I look to my own wrongdoings and mistakes she is a saint. She was probably angry because of a rude customer. The people who work at the post office have to deal with rude people everyday, so it goes both ways, and the way we treat others is how we will be treated. That's not always the case of course, but sometimes the principle applies. Patsy has many years of work experience and is a beautiful woman and she deserves our respect and support, but when she does wrong she must repent like all of us must repent when we do wrong. Unless we all change our wrong ways of thinking about how we love the Father, love our neighbor as ourselves and turn from our wrong ways we all will likewise not make it. I live in anapt complex in plant city .i had a package sent to me and when i dident get it i checked and it was sent back as not able to forward. the person that sent the pakage sent me a pic of it and it was addresed correct. apt # and all. i always get other peeps mail in my box. now i have to repay shipping cost when its not my falt. all i can do is hope i get lt. they really need to get there stuff together. read more

I was nervous coming in considering it's 3 days till Christmas . I came in 3 cashiers were open and even the passport clerk was helping as she could. So friendly and helpful ... in and out within 10 minutes. Ample parking as well. Clerk 13 was super helpful !!! read more

Now I know why this post office has a bad reputation one of the older ladies that "helped" me treated me with a horrible attitude the moment I stepped up to her window, as a customer service employee myself I know how to treat people and this was not it. I would much rather do anything USPS related ONLINE. Telling me she would bring someone who could explain things to me, treated me less than human. read more

Is there a negative star-??? I live in an apartment complex in Plant City with a locked mailbox and also locked parcel boxes. Have repeatedly gotten someone else's mail in my mailbox. No problem, I just drop them in the outgoing mailbox and hope they fix it. But recently my substitute mailman but the parcel key for my package in the wrong mailbox. Someone got a nice package I paid for and I'm faced with trying to prove the mistake. read more

Ordered my suppliment from Amazon and they chose these clowns to deliver. Arrived at plant City facility at 6 something am. Shows out for delivery at 710 am. Kept waiting, nothing came. Then looked at my tracking info and said they attempted to deliver at 855 pm. Duh, it's only 730 pm now. Said it is being held at plant City post office because of request from the customer which is me. Gtfoh!!!! It's always been delivered to my house. Bunch of asses, someone didn't do their job again. We're always getting neighbors mail and they get ours. They suck!! read more

We have been in business at the same location for 10 years and for some reason they decided to stop delivering mail and return all mail as undeliverable. They tell me they have corrected their issue but mail is still being returned. Beyond Frustrated! read more

You lost my package TWICE!!! How is this possible? Let me tell you: First you can't find my address and say the package can't be delivered. You've delivered mail to me for almost 20 years. I personally sent two packages via Priority Mail to a Recipient in Plant City on TWO different days. However, neither package arrived. When I used the tracking number for both, they indicated that one was DELIVERED on Saturday and the other on the following Monday. After days of both myself and the recipient calling the Plant City Post Office and speaking to the manager, the recipient was ultimately told that the gps showed that both packages were delivered on the days indicated and there's nothing more they can do. The Manager never even called me, the sender, back as he promised. When I did speak with the Manager, he was extremely disrespectful and made little to no effort to assist me. Interestingly enough, the recipient's neighbor JUST had the very same thing happen to her. This neighbor after complaining and calling back over and over for three full hours, her package suddenly mysteriously appeared at her doorstep. The recipient has lived at this home (not an apartment) for three full years and has never had an incident of mail being "stolen" once delivered. In fact, she lives in a home in a tight community and they all know each other. She went to every single neighbor and confirmed that they did not inadvertently receive either of her packages. That's how she found out that one of the neighbors had the very same thing happen to her days ago. What are the chances of both packages being stolen once delivered on TWO separate days.... something is very wrong here! Shady...very shady post office and carriers! Tampering with mail is a Federal Offence and I hope the case opened for this is fully investigated and that justice prevails! read more

I bought stamps from self-serve Friday night before Halloween. They never printed. The next morning, receipt in hand, I ask for my money back or the stamps I paid for. The supervisor tells me I walked out in the seconds they took to print and the next customer must've got them. The security cameras he failed to review would have shown me, alone, entering with a large orange envelope, standing at the station for several minutes checking and rechecking all the drop slots, trying the touch screen to see if there was a troubleshooting program, checking the slots again, then leaving with the same envelope, unmailed. I don't appreciate people who make up stories because they're too lazy to check evidence. I was told I'd be contacted about the issue and had to buy more stamps so I could finally mail my envelope. It's almost Christmas and no one has contacted me. Guess they need my money more than I do. read more

What a disaster. 2 packages said to be delivered in/at my mailbox on two separate days are mysteriously no where to be found. I could not be more disappointed with the lack of care or effort these employees put into the fact that these parcels are missing. Not only don't they care, I was lied to about their having gps locations on my packages when delivered per the supervisor of the supervisor that lied. This has NEVER been an issue in my neighborhood and my mailman usually leaves packages on the porch if too large for the box. Now go figure when these packages don't make it to my porch it happens to be a substitute carrier for the day? Hmm, that's interesting. There has been a full investigation opened on this and I as well as the sender of the packages plan to see this through until the the issue is RESOLVED 100%. read more
