Damnit, long line due to only one window open wtf... This place has its good days & bad days. Just depends when you come. You might get lucky with a quick line & be out in 5 mins and other times they just decide to have one cashier open & you can be here as long as 30 mins or longer also depending if everyone has their sh!t in order as most times they do not and end up holding up the damn line! I like this location because it is a lot cleaner and feels 'newer' than others. Yes, most of the time there is a long line but it is no different than other post offices nor does the line take that long to get through. If your just impatient or fed up with the long line then you do have the option to use the self kiosk which is available till 12am, if i am not mistaken. read more

Great place. Very efficient. I accidentally put wrong address on prepaid envelope and it was supposed to go back to sender. I came to the post office, they researched it and found in mail scheduled to be send already. They just could tell it is already on the way back and too late. No.They actually spend time and found it. I am very impressed how they go extra miles on there work. I am very satisfied and recommend this place to anyone. All stuff i contacted including front deck personal and manager was very nice and professional. They are example of good ethic work. Thank you. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero. The people are rude, slow, and inconsiderate. Even their automated machine doesn't work half the time. Additionally, when you go to mail a package they will try to sell you the most expensive option, often leaving out the most economical option. On more than one occasion they have been unable to find my "signature required" package. How can it not be there, you delivered me the receipt. I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years. At least once a week I get someone else's mail. I can't imagine how many of my things have been delivered to someone else's house. I always go to the next post office in Burbank. I went to the post office to buy stamps. Star Trek themed ones, as you can only buy the boring American flag ones at the grocery store. The lady that helped me, Deborah, was very friendly. Her personality lifted the mood of everyone in line. I never thought I'd be laughing and enjoying my time at the post office just to buy stamps. My husband even shook her hand and thanked her. Most post offices I go to are kinda dull, but I'll be happy to go back to this one. read more

Amazing customer service. I used the self service a few days ago and didn't apply enough postage. Saro explained that I used the flat envelope vs small package rate. And instead of charging me the full rate - he only charged the difference in postage. What a blessing Any questions... Ask for Saro - he's the best! read more

Wish I could shut down this office and it's incompetent mail delivery people for good! Who do they hire I just don't get it. After 3 more incidents of them lying about delivering packages to my office during weekend and the office being closed when it's NOT (business is open until 4pm both Saturday and Sundays). Anyhow this time around my sister who works with me ordered something that got delivered to someone else's house a few streets away from the office. We were lucky that person brought the package to the office because it had the office address on the label and the stupid mailman delivered it to completely different place? And THEN they lost two of her packages this last week and claiming they delivered it to a mailbox... What effing mailbox this is a business and mail gets delivered at the reception area. Anyways these people who work at this office are horrible and need to be fired!! read more

I live in a 6 unit apt. They put my package under the mailboxes in front of the apt. where anyone can take it and I live on a busy main street. Luckily no one did. And a few days before that I had a package coming from them which was a bday gift. I waited and waited and it never came when it was out for delivery for 7 hours. My 6 year old nephew didn't get to open his gift from me at his bday party. I do NOT recommend this place. Sad to say I have to deal with it since this is the closest USPS that my orders get sent to. read more

Post Office is clean and great if you use automated services. I don't know why they never open up their counters during the busy lunch time hours, Too often I go in and there is only 1 person and a line that takes way too long for busy working people. read more

Never had bad experiences here. A clean and well maintained post office, staff are helpful. As for long lines, it all depends on the time you visit and the scale of the area the po serves. I've never been to a PO that never has long lines. read more

Like other reviewers stated, service is bad, reps are not friendly and not willing to help.

They lost my package and acted like it's no big deal. I had ordered a few Xmas gifts from Saks online. The box was big, so when the postal worker tried to deliver it I was not home. He left a pink slip in my box to pick it up at this location. I went there the next day, my package was nowhere to be found. Two days later I went back, again no package. They told be to call Saks and tell them to send the items again! I called Saks, they said it shows it has left their warehouse so the post office is responsible. Anyway, when they scanned the tracking it showed that it is still in the post office, not picked up. Someone stole the package, unreal. Years ago it had happened again in another Glendale post office, the one on Pacific. The bottom line is, these people who work in Glendale post offices are THIEVES. read more

Rude, deceitful employees who purposely overcharge you for everything. They will charge 3x what it should cost and add services you don't ask for, and pretend it's all required. A truly pathetic place - they should be ashamed. They deserve a ZERO rating! pssssht. read more

Their service was pretty good. I didn't need to stay in line in the morning because there were already 3 staff member and almost no customers. They were corteous, friendly and I finished all purchases quickly. Parking was comfortable. read more

If I could give this post office negative stars, I would. The employees here are grumpy and mean. The lines are long. They only have one window open to service customers. They gave me wrong information I needed for my passport. WORST customer service ever...stay far far away! read more

This is my local post office and it's wonderful! Every employee is pleasant and helpful. They work quickly and professionally and are very knowledgeable. And if they don't know something, they are happy to look it up and explain it. They treat customers with respect. I am there at least three times a week and I know most of the employees and they always have a smile for me and a friendly hello. I appreciate my local postal employees very much. I used to use the self-serve kiosk when the line was long, as it was speedier, but then they replaced the old machine and the new one has more prompts that take time to input and also it breaks down more often than the old machine did and honestly, is often faster to just go through the line. I am not dinging my own branch for this, as I know this is not something they can control, but rather a USPS issue. Hopefully they will resolve the bugs in the kiosk soon. read more

The employees at this post office are generally nice, helpful and patient. EXCEPT, this one woman who has the absolute worst attitude. When I went to her window, she walked away to help someone else. When she came back, she asked me a bunch of non-sensical questions, including whether I was the person whose name was on the labels. I asked her if she felt it was right to just walk away, and her response-- "you have a terrible disposition." Evidently, post office employees are allowed to mouth off to customers, even though their office is pretty much bankrupt at this point, and never mind that I have a business and do mass mailings every day and the money I spend on postage and their mailbox services pays for their salary. Do not visit this post office. You will be reminded of the reason why people often label government employees slow and lazy. read more

I had a package go through USPS with their association with FedEx (Via SmartPost). I've had a number of things come that way (with zero trouble at all) and of course all of a sudden USPS says that the "address is incorrect," but the Merchant, FedEx, and Myself check the address and it is 100% correct. How on earth could they deliver mail to me on a regular basis, but all of a sudden claim my address doesn't exist. Freaking crazy and another reason I absolutely hate all mailing services. read more

Parking is in the rear and most days you will get a spot without issues. Folks who are working inside are a hit and miss. No matter how long the lines are there will always be 2 dimwits working the counter. Some ladies are really slow like they are taking a stroll in the park.
