RUDE! If you hate your job, then why the hell are you working there? These people are plain rude and treat the customers rudely. NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I accidentally dropped off a FEDEX package there and when I went to go look for it they claimed it was not there. That FedEx came to pick it up and they should have shipped it out. Fine. One month and several calls later, the package still has not arrived to destination. Granted, it was my fault for accidentally taking the package to the Post Office. It isn't their duty to ship a fedex package, but I did not receive any kind of help from any of the employees except Denise. She was the only one that took 2 minutes out of her day to walk to the back and check if my package was still there. The manager said she was going to call me back the next day and never did. This review is for the passport service. In order to use their passport service, you need to know exactly what you are doing because the staff here aren't helpful or knowledgeable of the services they offer. The guy who helped me with my passport application the first time told me that the form I used was wrong. After 2 minutes of argument and convincing, he realized he was wrong and the form i used was in fact the right one. He was quiet unprofessional. The passport photo that i paid $15 to take did not meet the passport requirement. The photo needs to be at least 1 or 1 3/8 inches from your head to your chin. I didn't double check his work because i thought "surely they know what they're doing here since they're doing this for a living". Anyway, i had to come back to re-take my picture. The second staff who helped me was much nicer. She took my picture (free of charge of course since they messed it up the first time). She apologized for the mistake of the first staff (wasn't very sincere but i didn't expect much). I, however, had to pay another $20 to have it ship over night since i need my passport back like last week. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this place for their passport service. I paid to have my passport expedited and having to retake my photo 2 weeks after submitted the application defeats the purpose. read more

This place is full of thieves! Do not mail your package here just like other reviewers mentioned. I dropped off a package and it is now lost! Whoever took my package, i hope you know karma is going to come back to you. I did open an investigation. read more

Back in the day, this post office was well-staffed with helpful employees. Not so any more. Usually, there are two people at the counter. When someone has to fill out paperwork, they don't ask them to step aside, wait on other customers, then get back to them. You just wait in line. There are post-office boxes for rent here, and that is convenient. In the past, they've had problems with car break-ins while customers were inside the post office. Don't know the status of that situation now, but that was worrisome. Broad daylight stuff. But then, this is a big city. read more

I called to check my package last week and the one who answer the phone she said no package left. It was send back to the sender. Because no one claim the package. I was asking her to check if it was send out for sure. She said it was send out. No package left. She was so lazy. I hate to say that!!! And just now I check the status again before I contact the sender the package just sent out. I'm waiting for this package for 3 weeks. I know it wasn't their fault because the sender didn't put the Apt# no on it. But when I called and check the person that work there, she is so lazy not even move herself to check for me!!! Terrible. DEN OF THIEVES! My credit card was stolen from either my locked community mailbox or from within the post office itself. The idiot thief tried to use the card for $700 worth of groceries before it had been activated by ME. What a moron! I filed a report, but don't expect anything to come of it, based on the many reports of theft on this website. I am sure it is just the tip of the iceberg! read more

Everyone at this small post office is great. So helpful and pleasant. Yes, the lines can be long but then they are short as well. What I hate is when there is a LONG line and one person behind the counter. Unions... It is not as bright in the line area but so what? Less lights on, the cooler it is and this is something one can appreciate in Houston! The staff certainly does know what it is doing about Passports and everything else. I love the place and hope Moody/Rambin do not tear it down like they do everything else. PS I Have had a package lost in he system from 77079 out on Adickes Howell Rd for a week now. Can NEVER get anyone from that location to answer and even my postal carrier cannot find it! read more

Went here today to pick up some flat rate boxes, I also had a letter was shipped to me but was delivered to the wrong address so I brought that too. So I drop off the letter which was supposed to go to a bank, not my house, and when I tell them it was shipped to wrong address they looked at me like I was a criminal. I was expecting a 'thanks we will get this where it needs to go" but instead the employee just walked away from me without saying a word and I could hear him talking trash about me to another employee only 15 feet away. Omw home I find out they lost a package that was sent to me on Saturday too so now ill have to go back and deal with their attitude all over again. review update 11/14/2016 They lost another one of my packages. Was supposed to be delivered Sunday but it never showed. 2 amazon packages since August have been 'lost' by my route carrier. read more

Unbeatable THE WORST post office in the town! I lived in difference areas in the town before moving to the current neighborhood served by this post office. I have never experience such irresponsible service provided by this post office (10505 Town and Country Way). Every month, I can receive one of two mails which were mailed to my next door neighbor or the neighbor on the next street. I have to finish the USPS employee's work and drop the mails to the right address. I guess some of my mails were delivery by my neighbors also. Last month, I mailed a priority box to Katy (ten miles from this post office) with delivery confirmation. Yesterday I tracked the package and found the only information is the package was accept by this post office. I contacted them and confirmed they lost the package. What can I say? Protect your mail, avoid this post office. read more

Please whatever you do don't choose this post office to ship things out. Just as the other reviewers have mentioned they have a bad habit of "losing" valuable packages. They tried to brush it under the table and say it was nothing they can do when I shipped some Tiffany jewelry through them, and I had to call someone with higher authority and open cases and contact fraud department for usps to get their attention. The guy who told me my package was lost and that they had no evidence my package was even scanned it received a call once I reported fraud and miraculously the next day it was "found" lol. Sad thing is I'm not the only person this has happened to, so there are definitely some fishy people working here. They also once lied and said they tried to deliver a package to my office and the business was closed which was a lie. They never came the entire day to even see if we were open. Then when I called and asked why no one came that day and marked the package as if they attempted to do so all the guy could tell me was "ehhh we'll come tomorrow." Tried to get some information on how to search for a lost package and the manager was so rude. She actually chewed out the mailman and then when he delivered to our office that day he asked to see me and got a bit confrontational. "He wanted to know who the lady was that was accusing him of stealing". I thought he was actually going to give me some information on my lost package. Taught me a lesson though; pay all your bills on line and get a UPS account. read more
