They seem to always be having a bad day. I try to be positive and polite when conducting business with them but their defenses are up so high, they are always so dry and short with you. This last visit I needed help tracking a package that said they attempted delivery but it was a package I was shipping to someone in another state. I was trying to explain the mixup to the window lady and she was deaf to listening to anything but trying to tell me there wasn't a package here for me. I kept telling her "I know and there shouldn't be" because I shipped a parcel to someone. She was not trying to understand the problem. She put me to the side and started helping others. I walked inside to ask for a complaint for. I was writing a letter on her non helpful rude attitude. All I wanted was for her to listen to what I was saying so we could find a solution. I ended up speaking to the post office manager who was very nice and actually listened and shortly thereafter my problem was resolved with my tracking issue.

I was dropping off around 100 packages, and after I had already unloaded about half of them, a white female employee came up to me and aggressively questioned why I was there. I explained that other USPS locations were closed, but she insisted that other locations were open. I asked her, "If other locations were open, why would I drive 30 minutes to come here?" Instead of helping, she threatened me and said that if I didn't remove my packages immediately, she would throw them away as trash. She even called her supervisor to ask whether other USPS locations were open, and somehow the supervisor claimed they were. Honestly, I have no idea how someone with that level of incompetence becomes a supervisor. In the end, I was forced to take every single package back out one by one after already unloading them, completely wasting my time and effort. Now I have to wait until Monday to go back to my regular USPS location. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful. Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the worst USPS experiences I've ever had.

Upon arrival, the employee, Darrel Mitchell ( his picture is all over places on this page), immediately displayed hostility, making unprofessional assumptions before even processing our application. After taking our original ID and citizenship documents to copy in the back, he claimed we were missing paperwork and required us to wait in the corner while walk-in customers were prioritized ahead of us. -When I politely inquired about our appointment status, a second clerk ordered us back down to wait in the corner. We ultimately left due to verbal hostility and safety concerns regarding our original federal documents and for not knowing when they will work with us. -To make matters worse, local station management actively covers up staff behavior. When we reported this, local management submitted false timelines and inaccurate statements to official inquiries to protect their staff. -FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS: How to Report Misconduct Beyond Local Management If you experience staff abuse, service refusal, or cover-ups at this branch, do not rely on reporting it to local post office management or Google reviews alone--they routinely dismiss local feedback. This post office is illegally marking packages delivered when they aren't. Most recently, they…read moremarked a package delivered " Your item was picked up at a postal facility" at 7:24pm Central time. This is impossible because the post office closes at 5pm central and I was at home at the time I allegedly picked it up. This is unacceptable and illegal behavior to fraudulently mark a package as delivered. This should be investigated by the inspector general, and if the package doesn't arrive tomorrow that's exactly who I will be contacting. Marking a package delivered to "stop the clock" when it was not delivered is unacceptable behavior and should be punished, but is instead encouraged.
