I went in looking for a quote on shipping something internationally. The shady guy at the counter appeared annoyed that I was there. I asked him a question about declaring it via customs, and he had no idea what I was talking about. He then gave me a quote for UPS and USPS. The USPS quote was significantly lower, and I said something along the lines of "maybe I should just go to the post office." I then asked him if he could give me a quote for DHL and FedEx, to which he responded, "Well, if you're just going to go to the post office, why would I give you a quote?" I said, "Well, I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, I'm just looking for prices." He then said, "Why would I waste my time looking up prices if you're just going to go elsewhere?" At that point, I said, "OK, thank you." and I left. I went around the corner to the post office and not only did I receive friendly customer service, the price to ship from the post office was almost $50 cheaper. I do not recommend this business at all. EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

His wife makes homemade soaps with all natural products and sells them in the store. They were on display in the shop and were a great buy! The soaps and bath bombs made fantastic Christmas gifts for my coworkers. She even makes festive holiday bags to place the soaps in. Everything was reasonably priced and I stocked up! First, I'd like to say Pat it is one of the nicest and most personable workers I've seen in the industry ( including overseas branches ). He strives to remember customer names, and always cares about making sure customers are taken care of. Secondly, Pat offers some of best prices around ( for FedEx, USPS, and DHL). Sending important documents ( such as visa paperwork...etc.) can be extremely expensive, especially with government agencies. Having sent these kinds of documents numerous times, Pat has certainly saved me a decent amount of money. Lastly, every single item I've shipped has arrived (safely) and earlier than estimated. They had sign in the lobby, but I would have not seen it. How would I have known? I told them the website has a different hours. After they verified the website, and I was right, they apologized to me. My post office I usually visit is Greendale post office, they are much friendlier and nicer, however they won't process passport applications. I would not be here if I did not need the passport. I would recommend to call them first if you need to know the walk in hours for passport.
