We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault. They provided me with turned out to be a very accurate estimate, packed and loaded my possessions carefully and on the date they promised . They loaded the next day with a crew of movers that were careful, professional and a pleasure to work with. My belongings were delivered 3 days later by the same Driver and Helper. They arranged to have two more movers from the Charlotte office assist in the unloading process. I could not have been more pleased. My possessions all arrived intact, and I must say the move was flawless. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning to move. They do it right!

We first used them when we moved from the UK many years ago, and now our adult children have used them as they've moved into their own apartments. Amazingly personal attention and courtesy. Their crews are polite, tidy and conscientious. The office staff - led by the owner who is third generation of this family business - takes a personal interest in and values each one of our moves, whether it's a big job or a smaller one. It's nice to see the same faces of their long-term staff on our moves, and all very friendly and professional. In short, we can't speak highly enough of New England Household. When it comes to such a personal matter as a household move, we trust and can highly recommend them.

We were not initially quoted for a 2nd truck but we were also not charged extra for it based on our agreed-upon hourly rate, so it was much appreciated! They assembled and placed my furniture exactly where I wanted, and nothing was damaged in the move. I got many quotes for movers and Brave Movers had great pricing - awesome value for the great work you get. He gave me rushed service and did not give me the product I asked for. If he didn't have the time to do what I wanted he could've referred me to the printing shop one Plaza over. They did take me, and told me he will sometimes refer clients. The woman there understood exactly what I was asking for and instead of blatantly refusing my service like ad print guy did, they just let me know when to pick it up.

The airline contracts with a courier DDD that has more 1* reviews that I care to comment and those reviews are well warranted. My son's luggage sat at Logan for several days with absolutely zero sense of urgency AND he is on medication that he MUST check in so that caused more issues. I was in a bind and finally had no choice but to do what I could to handle this on my own. The first company I called was this one. I called at 12:30am EST and after 2 rings, Greg picked up. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. All I can say is LISTEN.RESPOND.DELIVER that is the slogan for this company. I am extremely grateful that Greg took my call and was willing to help a parent like me at 12:30am and do as he promised. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER SERVICE ENOUGH. I wish his business all the success and truly appreciate his sense of urgency and understanding of situations like this. Much appreciated!
