When they closed that location down, we started coming to this location. The Laguna Niguel Post Office is so much better than the old Aliso location. The Laguna Niguel Post Office is located off of Alicia Parkway and Niguel Road. The parking lot is large, but can be crowded at times. Sometimes, people park against the gate due to a lack of parking spaces during busier times. The business itself is average in size. Sometimes the line extends past the P.O. boxes and it moves kind of slow. They typically have 2 people working at the front counter, but if the line is moving too slow, they'll bring out another representative to help speed things up. Customer service here is excellent! If the line slows down, the lady from the passport photo room will take customers into her office and assist them with their packages etc. They run a pretty tight ship here! I have been to several post offices in South OC and this one is my go-to location. They know all of their regular customers and it's refreshing to see that they remember your face when you come in. I've had plenty of great experiences here and I will continue to come to this location to mail packages etc.

I had tracking proof showing the package was never scanned into the next carrier's system. Instead of even attempting to check the back or see if it may have been misplaced internally, I was immediately told that "UPS should have it" and that there was nothing they could do. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes and delays happen. But what was frustrating was the complete lack of effort or accountability. I wasn't expecting miracles; I was simply hoping someone would at least attempt to check or escalate the situation internally. The supervisor and another employee both seemed very nonchalant about the situation, even after I explained the urgency and showed proof that the package was never received by the next carrier. I left feeling completely dismissed rather than helped. I understand policies exist, but customer service still matters. A little effort, empathy, or willingness to investigate would have gone a long way.

I needed padded mailers in two sizes and they had ample supplies plus funny greeting cards to make you smile and laugh as you wait. This was a great experience. An older lady asked her if she could set something down on the desk and she told her to give her pen back first and didn't say anything when the lady thanked her. Tram wouldn't make eye contact, she was dismissive and short. I wasn't greeted when I walked in or acknowledged when I thanked her and left. She should be kind always but especially around the holidays because you never know what someone is going through. Very disappointing. I'll drive the extra few miles from now on to the Dana Point office instead.

This UPS store is located in between the Smart and Final and the Planet Fitness. There was no line…read morewhen I stopped by around 5:40pm on a weekday. There is plenty of parking in the lot. I was able to quickly drop off my prelabeled UPS package. UPS is also an authorized notary. I needed a form signed with a notary and Mohammad (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was super helpful and the process was finished in about 10-15 minutes. The total cost for the notarized signature was $15 and this was just a walk-in without an appointment. I'll definitely be back if I need a notary in the future.

Just needed to drop off from the actual place (rather than from home). Love that there's a drop box that you can just drive by & drop your stamped or metered mail. And Just like that, we're on our way to our next destination of our mini getaway.
