Five days later there is no record of this package in the UPS system . I went to Staples to follow up and the manager basically says "not my problem", and told me to call UPS. He wouldn't even go to check to see if my package could still be in the room where they keep packages for pickup. I realize that UPS package drop off is not their main business but the total lack of any sense of customer service by the manager reflects very poorly on the store. I would give it zero stars if possible!!!

Really think about your negative reviews before you write them. Give people the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps their family member is ill, perhaps they have worked 10 days in a row because the store can't find employees. You never know what another human is experiencing. Be nice!

My business had put a great deal of time into designing a concept for a vehicle wrap but about 15 months ago, when the process started; I made a very HUGE mistake and went somewhere else; other than Signarama. There is much to be said about the professionalism that I can attest to and experience(d) and again with Signarama. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (except for my misguided field trip), and what happened was this: One of my business emails that was detailed, wound up in their spam box. They (Signarama) were moving at the time, and I wrongly LEAPED to conclusions. In doing so, I went online....very hastily and what I received for my first wrap was an extreme dysfunctional "poor customer servicing experience" and an end product that was misprinted on more than one side. Costly in terms of money and all the wasted time. Money is replaceable but time is not. Why I give Signarama 5 stars (should be higher...if I could) because of a multitude of reasons.
