She was very rude to me, clearly didn't understand the policy considering Roy has been helping me the same way for weeks and all of a sudden everything's changed. I told her to ask Roy about it, she "goes into the back" for two seconds and then says Roy agrees with her.. which was a lie because i literally watched her fake going into the back and ask no one. She came back pops candy in her mouth and then laughs about the situation. MARIE is unprofessional, rude, condescending and shouldn't have a job that requires her to work with people.

In long The PO is the PO pretty much everywhere. But not all of them set up the drop boxes easily, and that's 95% of the reason I go anymore. (I usually ship parcels through private carriers, for whatever reason. Probably because they're closer to my house). This is the closest drop box to my house. Yesterday, during errands, I found that another PO not only has no drop box outside (which I did know), but they now lock their lobby so you can't run in to drop an envelope. So off to Mill Creek PO I ran. Ah, well. What's done is done.

Cheerful, patient, kind, and helpful. He makes me want to return for business there! Overall the customer service (besides David) needs to improve. You can kindly educate customers about the processes or misunderstandings without being rude. I'm used to shipping at FedEx or UPS so it's different and a learning curve.

She said it was too expensive before I even did and found me the best way to mail it without breaking the bank! They are always smiling and willing to answer questions. :) Today I found out there's parking in the front AND the back - like behind the strip mall. I only found out about those hidden spots because I walked 2 miles here to mail out my package. Oh yea, one thing to note is the mailbox outside does not take packages - only letters. They nailed it shut so there's only a little slot for letters. Beware.

This isn't a regular post office. They have some PO Boxes to rent and it's a location to pick up packages, but mail out services aren't offered. There's not a self-service machine or the ability to buy stamps. They apologized to me once when I came here and one of the packages sent to me required additional postage because they were unable to accept anything except exact payment via cash and couldn't give me change back.

This place used to be good. However, it has been nothing but problems over the last few years. The…read morelack of service and overall incompetence is unbelievable. Communication is beyond frustrating and no one seems to know what is going on. Thomas told us we had to jump through multiple hoops just to keep our mailbox active, but only after they stopped forwarding our mail out of state. We did not even find out for months. Once we finally got answers, we spent two hours of our day running to a notary, sending documents, and providing updated billing information as requested. They mailed us the mail they had been neglecting to forward us due to payment, once payment was received. Fast forward to today, and they still have not updated the billing, and our mail is still not being forwarded. After all that time and effort, nothing was resolved. This is unacceptable and completely disorganized. Get it together. This situation is insane. The only thing that is consistent with this store is that they are consistently incompetent.
