The owners seem to really dislike dealing with customers which is a problem when youre a retail store. I've literally never scene them welcome a customer, never a single smile, and they usually avoid all eye contact. They look at the package, scan it, and hand you a receipt. Always a scowl and they must be the owners because everyone that works there seems to follow their lead. I see from the other reviews that most everyone else has the same experience. The service being offered is a pretty straight forward, which always satisfactory, but how about a friendly "hello", a smile, a "thank you", an acknowledgment, and maybe even a "nice to see you again" once in a while.
