When I said I'd just pack it myself, the employee asked if I brought tape. When I said no, he told me they charge $2.99 just to use their tape. Meanwhile, the employee next to him was taping up boxes for other customers for free, which made the whole situation even more confusing and frustrating. I asked for the cheapest shipping option to New Jersey and was told it would be $40. I double-checked multiple times to see if there was anything cheaper and was told no. At that point, I was looking at nearly $70 total just to ship a small package, which didn't sit right with me. I decided to walk out and come back another time with my own box. The next day, I went to a different UPS Store and got a box and shipped the same package for just under $30. less than half of what I was quoted here. This place felt like it was full of upsells and unnecessary add-ons, especially from the older gentleman who was helping me. I'd strongly recommend double-checking every charge if you end up here. I'll be honest, I already knew this location had a reputation for long lines and poor customer service, but I was in a pinch. Lesson learned. There are much better UPS Stores out there. I will NEVER come back to this location.

Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. And being a little kind could go a long way when people loose sh!t. Maybe she was having a worse day than me, cause her attitude blew chunks. Even though I was within that timeframe, she repeatedly told me I was "too early" and should come back closer to my expiration date. I explained that I'm traveling next month and wanted to avoid any issues, but instead of helping, she suggested I just travel with my marriage certificate. Nobody wants to carry unnecessary documents while traveling when this could simply be handled correctly the first time. On top of that, she claimed my Known Traveler Number account didn't exist. I had to repeatedly ask her to enter the full account number correctly before my information finally appeared. After that, she continued the interaction with an obvious bad attitude, huffing and puffing the entire time because she clearly did not want to help. The owner was not helpful either. If I hadn't been persistent and informed about the TSA renewal policy myself, I honestly don't think this would have been completed properly. Very disappointing customer service experience. Only to be updated each afternoon as back at the FedEx facility in Pacheco. FedEx delivery is a sham. It's impossible to talk with anyone it the FedEx ship center in Pacheco. It must be managed by a bunch of incompetents. UPDATE: After multiple calls and complaints my package was delivered. I talked with the delivery driver who was very nice. He explained that there is a glitch in the FedEx system that doesn't recognize my specific location. The package is loaded onto a vehicle daily but the glitch doesn't show the driver the location to deliver it. He ends up with a surplus package at the end of his delivery. He takes it back to the Pacheco ship center. My package had five 500-0 code stickers on it that indicated what the driver explained. This continued for six days until the driver took the initiative to deliver it to the ADDRESS on the package, not relying on a location on their delivery map. It appears that this glitch/problem has existed for a long time with no attempted resolution. I hope my next deliveries are not via FedEx!

The line grew as we all waited while a woman was expressing her discontent about not receiving her mail to Gigi. Gigi was supremely polite and incredibly patient as she explained to the woman in multiple ways (because the woman was just not understanding and continued to be upset ) that she could not do more than she already did (by taking the woman's name and phone number to give to the supervisor of the mail carriers) And that all the supervisors were gone for the day. Then, when the woman left and it was finally my turn, Gigi helped me understand the most economical way to send my gifts.
