It was plenty of parking, and only 1 person in line ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, I was speaking to the "rude" per other reviews associate and she was super nice. Then I heard my name, I looked up and my little cousin works there!! I was so happy to see her because it's been yearsss! Basically I was in and out within minutes and got to hug my cousin whom I hadn't seen in along time. We got chat quickly and then I was on my way. The experience was nice, no issues whatsoever. My only complain is $17.85 for a package under 2lbs.

My family and I just received notice that our…read morepassport applications were not accepted because they were missing the "location and signature of the passport acceptance agent", in other words, Clerk 98 failed to properly complete their portion of the application. This is completely unacceptable and has now caused a major and entirely avoidable inconvenience for my family. We trusted this location to correctly process our applications, and because of an employee's failure to do so, we're now left dealing with the consequences. I need someone in a position of authority at this location to contact me ASAP and explain how this is going to be corrected.

She was honest about walk-ins for passport. Acknowledged me not sure if the gentlemen can help me at the moment. She stepped away to ask him. Got the gentlemen for me to assist with my passport. Before anything else, Monica had me fill out a form to complete. As I was done, I waited in line but Monica was busy. Lady by the name Marvese came out, looked right at me, did not say anything or smile and then looked away. I was really upset because why be there with your RBF face and not be of service to the people that need things to be done? That's a shame, whether she's a manager or not, please check on her because ain't nobody deserve to be treated in that manner. So I let the dude behind me to go to her because she clearly did not want to help me. When Monica was free she directed me the right person to help with my passport. I gave my form to the gentleman. Unfortunately don't know his name for there was no name tag but he was very helpful and I'm grateful and thankful for that. I got all the answers to my questions to move forward with processing my passport. He also told me that they accept walk ins as long as u come in between 9am to 10am on Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri. When I said I'd just pack it myself, the employee asked if I brought tape. When I said no, he told me they charge $2.99 just to use their tape. Meanwhile, the employee next to him was taping up boxes for other customers for free, which made the whole situation even more confusing and frustrating. I asked for the cheapest shipping option to New Jersey and was told it would be $40. I double-checked multiple times to see if there was anything cheaper and was told no. At that point, I was looking at nearly $70 total just to ship a small package, which didn't sit right with me. I decided to walk out and come back another time with my own box. The next day, I went to a different UPS Store and got a box and shipped the same package for just under $30. less than half of what I was quoted here. This place felt like it was full of upsells and unnecessary add-ons, especially from the older gentleman who was helping me. I'd strongly recommend double-checking every charge if you end up here. I'll be honest, I already knew this location had a reputation for long lines and poor customer service, but I was in a pinch. Lesson learned. There are much better UPS Stores out there. I will NEVER come back to this location.

The line grew as we all waited while a woman was expressing her discontent about not receiving her mail to Gigi. Gigi was supremely polite and incredibly patient as she explained to the woman in multiple ways (because the woman was just not understanding and continued to be upset ) that she could not do more than she already did (by taking the woman's name and phone number to give to the supervisor of the mail carriers) And that all the supervisors were gone for the day.
