I totally understand because I don't like peopling a lot. They have always provided me with solidly reliable mailing services. The architecture looks like it's the original building for whatever it used to be. Parking can be difficult because they are downtown with limited street parking. They do have the 30-minute limited parking in the front, which I've lucked out on being available a couple times.

The lady in the AM did not want to be there. Her winning personality spoke volumes about her proud representation of the US Postal office (sarcasm). Like I stated above, I did not expect anything exceptional sort of like when you go to the DMV. Here's what I found amusing. When I paid using the tap to pay, she quickly reached over to the machine and pressed buttons. I was able to catch the questions as she rapidly pressed the screen to proceed. I sent out two packages from this location. I had a sticker on one box indicating that it had…read morefragrances on it. The attending associate in the store told me to remove the sticker because that indicated that it had fragrance in it. I said it does have fragrances in it. Again, he told me to remove it. So, I removed it. He then asked what was in the package, I said it's fragrances. Now the package has been damaged and is being returned. When I called the store to ask about what was happening with the package I was told it wasn't their liability since there was perfume in the package and that I hadn't told them that. I asked for a refund for the shipping charge, and they also let me know that I was at fault. If the owner of this store checks his cameras in the late morning of August 17th, he will see his associate asking me to remove the sticker indicating there was fragrance in the box. These people are the ones responsible for educating the customer. There should have been follow up questions to clarify the distinction of fragrance and perfume which he is saying is completely different. I live and work in the area part time and I will actively be sure to share that nobody should use this location for anything.
