The women behind the counter at this location always seem less than pleased to be there and as I wait in line, I always hope to get one of the guys. One of the women got an attitude with me one time when I asked for a piece of tape to tape my package after seeing another customer freely using a roll of tape on the counter...I was told I needed to buy some. I pointed out that the other customer had just used some and was told it was her roll. If it was hers, why did she leave it on the counter and thank them when she brought her package to them? I ended up leaving and driving down the street to another mailing place to avoid having to deal with this particular USPS employee's attitude because she had one during the entire exchange. read more

I came in on Friday 12/18/2020 to send a care box to my sister who has COVID In another state. The line was extremely long, but moved steadily. Personally, I think they need to have more workers checking out people for the holidays. They told me that it would be $120 to send my box and it still wouldn't get there until the day after Christmas. They gave me the option that I could pay and addition $40 for 2 day delivery?, but that it still wasn't guaranteed. They also told me that my tape wasn't acceptable, so they had me buy one of their rolls of tape, then refused to put it on for me. WHAT AN UPSELL SCAM! The gentleman seemed to hate his job and was less than happy to help me. I wish there was a different post office near me, so I never have to walk in this one again. read more

6:00 AM on a Saturday and the parcel drop in the lobby is clogged up. I walked around back and spoke to 2 clerks and they both refused to clear the drop or take my 2 packages. Why have a 24hr postage machine in the lobby if you can't mail it right then? I think they have forgotten they are a public service. read more

Like many communities in Mill Creek our mailboxes were broken into a few times last year, we have done everything that we can think of to replace our Mailbox Kiosk. We have the money and the OK to proceed from everyone except The USPS, we have plans, contractor is lined up, money has been spent and lots of time has been put into this. Is someone in charge ? They get 1 star because I can't leave a negative star. I moved to this area a year ago and mail service has been horrendous! I lived in my last house for 17 years and I could count the issues I had with the local post office on one hand. Since moving I have spent probably 40 hours on the phone or at the post office dealing with the unbelievable incompetence of the Mill Creek post office. I have been told they don't have to deliver packages as they are not mail (they have to drive 1 minute to drop off our items at our door). I have been told they are too busy to deliver our mail. I have received notices in our mailbox stating items were undeliverable due to no access. So they had no access yet they accessed it to let me know they could not access it?!?!? They have lost packages yet state they were delivered to my locked mailbox 4 minutes earlier. When I called they argued I was wrong the packages were there. A week later still no resolution to the problem. Called again and was told the carrier would come out tonight and look through the mailboxes for my packages?!?!!! A week later and they are going to look for them. Three weeks now since they were delivered and still haven't received any help or my irreplaceable vintage items! read more

This Post Office does not care about it's customers. I went to this location yesterday at 7:00 am. They have 55 parking spots and 42 were taken by employees. To show how rude this is, they flaunt it by having 2 of the employee cars backed in to stalls right in front of the Post Office. This is the daily situation. read more

As my primary P.O., I use this location twice a week at least. Almost all of the staff is very courteous (except for one, who I will avoid even if it means sending someone else ahead of me in line), it's very clean, well-organized, and as well-run as a post office can be. The trick is to go when the lines aren't long (during business hours, not during lunch) and to treat employees with kindness. I've found that goes a long way to a pleasant experience at all post offices! read more

Always under staffed. long lines, limitedl parking. frustrated citizens, joyless employees. lots of empty sevice counters. why only 2 people working the counter at the busist time of day? I set up a mail hold Service while I was on vacation. I also receive notifications when packages have been delivered to my front door. The day after the mail hold started, the post office delivered a package to my front door. So I called the post office and they said it must've been a carrier error. I wanted to know why the system wasn't functioning correctly and how this type of mistake could've been made. I asked for the station manager to call me and have yet not to of received a phone call 15 days later. Not only do the employees not care but neither do the managers. I just come here because I do not have another choice. The parking is terrible, always only 1 or 2 clerks , I can not imagine how will be this Christmas season. They have lost several packages and if you try to resolve a problem or complain good luck I have been in line and by phone more than 1 hour and nothing could resolve Once in a while I have luck and they are efficient but overall the service is poor, the drop off is stuck or doesn't work, they lost packages, etc. If you go to another location like in downtown Bothell it is the same. This has got to be the worst place ever. I've never had such a horrible time with them everytime I try and get anything sent out or mailed to me! They constantly don't believe I live where I do. When my name is on the inside of the mail box. And then when things are "rescheduled" they never even bother to try and deliver it. Apparently I'm just not a real person. Oh. But they will give me the mail from surrounding apartments and former tenants. I get more mail for them than I should! They constantly claim I don't live there even when the landlord and myself have said that I do. Their phone skills are even worse. If they don't hang up on you they make crap up and you end up repeating your self several times! Only to end up not being listened to at all! Even If they repeat back what you say right they won't do it. I've had so many packages mailed back to sender when they haven't even tried to deliver it to me. I hate this usps. This post office seems to not be aware of passport renewal services. After waiting in line behind 20 people, I was turned away with my items for a passport renewal. It was already nearing closing time. The person working there sent me to the City of Mill Creek building. She told me that she thought it would be closed at 6:00pm and also closed on Mondays (which it was a Monday), but I could head over there. I headed over to the City of Mill Creek building where the person working in the passport office was appalled. She couldn't believe the post office sent me to their office when I just needed to mail in my passport renewal. Since their office was closing, she couldn't help me any further. The post office supplies the envelopes needed to mail passport renewals. The City of Mill Creek passport services is open Mon-Fri until 5:00pm. The person at the post office had no idea. I was sent back to the post office, but it was closed by the time I returned. I think for the future, the post office should train its employees on passport renewal services and shouldn't probably send people off without finding out first. It didn't help I left early from work to get this finished. So, no passport renewal and missed work hours AND a lot of running around for no reason. For the future, training would be beneficial and less embarrassing for the establishment that should be aware of it! read more

I have had 2 certified letters lost from this branch. One of them was from an attorneys office telling me to contact them or they would proceed going to court and put a lien on my home. The lien was put on my home. I called to talk with someone the day i went and stood in line for over 1 hour to pick up the certified letter that they could not find. The lady said she would find it and promised to call me back before end of business that day. Never heard back from her. Today i was expecting a very important document with a very large check. The postal delivery person drove by. I assumed it didnt get there in time. So i thought i would call to see if maybe it was there and i would go pick it up. 30 minutes pushing numbers on my phone trying to get to a live person only to be told by a recorded voice that it would be a 40 to 50 minute wait time. No wonder everyone uses alternative ways to ship and always doing eveything else first to avoid the long wait and bad attitudes of the postal employees. I also might add that the poor service of our well established tax sucking postal service has been tolerated long enough. Change needs to happen.... read more

If I could leave zero stars i would. First off my package tracking was way off, but was something to be expected around this time of year (Christmas), so I wasn't really thinking to much of it and that it would get here when it did. After my package apparently being at the post office for a day without any updates I thought it would be a good idea to maybe check up on it. When I called the person I spoke to had told me that my package had just arrived that day! Which I knew was a lie because my tracking had said that it had arrived the day before, hearing this I told the person I spoke to I'm pretty sure it came in yesterday, and she looked again and yes I was right it had came in yesterday. Afterwards I asked if she could just hold the package for pick up. I was asking this of them because if I didn't get the package today the front office at my apartments closes for two days accommodating for the holiday. The person that I spoke with on the phone told me that that wouldn't be a problem. The next day I arrive at the post office to not only have to wait 30 mins for them to try and find my package but for it to turn out that they just went ahead and delivered it to the front office at my apartment complex. Having been lied to then twice during my experience here at this post office I would love to just leave a zero star review for this "business". read more

slow service, the line literally goes out the door on saturdays. i had to get a new drivers license when i moved here. the dmv only mails that. the post office lost it i had to have mailed again and go to the dmv for 2 hours to request it be mailed again. had to have a car title mailed to me out of state. same story, lost it in the mail. had to have it mailed twice. you cannot depend on them for important documents to be mailed to you. read more

The Mill Creek Post Office is so so slow. I waited 18 minutes in line. 3 windows and a pick up window were open. The "Next" or "Next in line" is the worst way to call over a customer. How about, "Hello" or "Hi" It works and makes people feel welcome. It doesn't make you feel like an assembly line. The woman that helped me never made eye contact the entire transaction. She never said the haz mat question. She flipped my receipt at me. Her name was Jae. When someone comes back off break why does it take so long to take the next customer. It is poor customer service to act like we are insignificant and an annoyance. We provide the revenue that allows them to work. read more

Lee helped me out today! I called more than two times and spoke with two different people for a package that didn't have my address. They said that it's going back to the sender and I can't do anything about it now. When I got to the post office Lee was very nice and helped me out right away.
