I know obviously it's a USPS and they're always understaffed so they're stressed. But this time I can't give grace, they don't have the self kiosks at this location. I needed to get my shipping labels printed out since it's prepaid, & Depop even said I can ask USPS to print out my labels for me, I see others do the same. When I get to the front, I ask the guy if he can print out the shipping labels for me, instead he goes on a list of what I have wrong and made me look at the board of how I should have my packages... I didn't seal up my packages yet because I didn't have my labels. He said he can't print my labels out, I have to do it at home. It would've saved me and him time if he just answered my initial question. I also swear he could've printed them out, he just didn't want to Update: I had to prove it to myself & he was lyinggg! I went to another USPS & they easily printed it out for me

Horrible experience just lack of attraction to future details about your packages sent out of the country.

Service is friendly but they are sloooow, if you're in a rush, go elsewhere or go early in the morning on a weekday.

The most terrible post office I have been. Impolite and rude employees. Their performance full explained why USPS is going to be bankrupt.

Although there are usually only two employees assisting customers at the front counter, the location is excellent around office buildings and works great especially during morning traffic working hour commute off Montague Expressway and Trimble. I never had any problems rolling into the huge spacious parking lot. Setup is much better than US Post Office off Hostetter Rd and Lundy. Stress free parking options. Staffs are very focused on serving working class folks and businesses. Well trained and experienced. Customers are usually professionals and working class people in the neighborhood. No drama or loud noise. Interior is very clean and simple. The building is old, but the upkeep inside is pretty darn good for post office locations. Convenient and good. It's always a peaceful experience when I come here to drop off boxes/mail during morning hours. Getting in and out was very easy. Good value service for just being a local post office in the area. I will always consider this location over all other locations around here.

Passport services, yes sir!…read more We had a great experience at this post office yesterday while renewing our minor son's passport. The process ended up taking longer than expected--we went through three application booklets due to using a blue pen, making a mistake, and not completing part of the form correctly. Harry was the gentleman who assisted us, and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to guide us through each correction and made sure everything was completed properly before we left. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. Thank you Harry and staff. There was a line. They were open to 6:00 pm. The website said 3:00 for walk-ins. I stormed in there as if I was late for my appointment. lol So glad we took care of this before our big travel.

Carmelina provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, professional, thorough, and very informative. She explained the passport process clearly, answered all of my questions, and even gave me additional information so I knew what to expect after submitting my application. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you're getting a passport, BOOK AN APPOINTMENT and BE PREPARED. RESPECT people's privacy and don't wait inside the room during their appointment! The process was quick, efficient, and the excellent customer service made it even better. Thank you, Carmelina!

Yo estaba ahí tratando de hacer todo correctamente y creo que nadie debería ser tratado de esa manera, especialmente cuando uno está haciendo preguntas porque necesita ayuda. The woman who helped me was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of helping me or explaining things patiently, she made me feel terrible and I ended up crying. I was there trying to do everything correctly, and I don't think anyone should be treated that way, especially when they are asking questions because they genuinely need help.

She was impatient, sarcastic, and dismissive toward very normal customer questions. She mocked my DS-11 application as "confusing" instead of simply explaining what needed to be corrected. The payment process was especially frustrating. There is a passport fee and a separate $35 acceptance fee. When I was writing the check, I simply wanted to confirm whether the $35 should be included. Instead of answering a basic yes-or-no question, she repeatedly told me to read a long fee notice posted at the counter. When I asked again for clarification, she still would not answer directly and even told my husband to read it instead. If customers do not understand a posted notice, staff should be willing to explain the fee clearly rather than make them feel stupid for asking. She also complained about previous customers using Google to look up passport requirements and said people should not be searching for this information on Google. I found that comment very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Afterward, I looked through recent Google and Yelp reviews about passport service at this location. **From the recent passport-related reviews I saw, roughly 80% were negative and described what appears to be the same female employee or the same pattern of behavior**: rude, unfriendly, dismissive, sarcastic, or unwilling to answer reasonable questions. What surprises me most is that these complaints have apparently continued for a long time without meaningful improvement. This is a customer-service role involving a complicated federal application process. People will naturally have questions. If you have a similar experience, I strongly recommend not only leaving a Google or Yelp review, but also filing a formal complaint with USPS: https://emailus.usps.com/s/personnel-inquiry You can also submit feedback to U.S. Department of State Passport Services: https://travel.state.gov/en/passports/contact-support/share-feedback.html Customers should not be mocked or treated with contempt simply for asking reasonable questions.
