Worst drive through layout ever. I just needed to mail a bill, but what a pain. There is road work going on, so if you miss the entrance (twice for me) then you have to drive around. Once I figured out the entrance, I was hoping to queue onto the drive through mailbox but it's immediately on the left that I missed that too. Since every thing is one way in and one way out, I parked the car and walked my letter to the mail box. There is one way out and someone was waiting for me to exit so they can illegally enter since it's difficult to enter the parking lot. I don't blame them. I thought about it too. read more

I like the physical post office. Short wait times, really nice employees, and great prices. The postal carriers are terrible. They put my package key in the wrong mailbox (for a package locker in a multiple apartment cluster box). I called and called and no answer at the local station. I put a note in my mailbox for him to check for the key and move the package key to my mailbox. He took my note down and just placed it back in my mailbox. I called again and finally got through 2 days later. They had him go back through, find the key, and put it in my mailbox. Thankfully the other person hadn't checked their mail yet! And just 2 days ago they left a box and a bag of my expensive, brand name medication just sitting on my doorstep without a knock or a doorbell ring. I even have a custom sign on my door to please ring the bell when delivering packages. I was home all day waiting for it in the mailbox. When I called to complain, they said the carrier isn't required to ring the bell. He could have rung the bell out of common courtesy. Even Amazon rings the bell for package deliveries. What does it hurt them to ring the bell? Super disgusted. He definitely doesnt treat us as we would like to be treated. The last carrier I knew by name, he always rang the bell for deliveries, he waved as he drove by, and I left him See's Candy at Christmas. This carrier is just awful. The exact opposite of what a customer facing representative should be. So disappointed in the carriers they're hiring. read more

Every time I go to drop off parcels, they've locked the lobby early or the lobby is open, but they've locked the parcel deposit box. You can get letters and small parcels in the slots, as they can't lock those, but if you pull the handle on the big parcel deposit bin, that will not open. The side door bell was turned off on me today, as nobody wants to work. I rang two or three times and then on the fourth try the bell had been turned off. Laziest employees ever. 2 hours later, now I'm notified that two of the seven parcels that I did manage to get into the parcel slot were scanned. What happened to the other five? Somebody needs to supervise these people after the lobby closes on Saturday, as there is no accountability leaving them on their own. - Zero stars if possible. read more

Minus zero stars. First off, getting in and out of this location is a nightmare. Very poorly designed entrance and exit. Next, it is absolutely disgusting inside. Dead flies in the empty display cases, black thick dust in every corner and nothing looks like it's been wiped down in decades. Now, let's discuss customer service. Yikes. The people that work here are incredibly uninterested in doing their jobs to even a poor standard. The Indian guy that works here is the reason retard should never be stricken from the English language. This guy is absolutely useless, rude, and beyond unhelpful. Tell my why, I ordered a part for my car and it stalled in transportation and low and behold, not only was my bad opened and taped back up, but my part was unwrapped? Long wait times, staff makes fun of patrons sending out birthday/holiday greeting cards or mailing a check to pay a bill. Staff act like patrons are ruining their ability to be with families or make comments about waiting to be out partying with friends then to help paying customers. 2nd bad review I have ever written. The person that called from the USPS had her mind made up, before she talked to me. She was never going to change it. I had a flat envelopes that I mailed less than 6" x 4" and less than 1/16" of inch thick and was completely flexible. Also weighed less than 1/2 to 3/4 ounce and they charged me almost $5.00 per envelop. This is ridiculous and robbery. on 3 envelopes. 1st- .60oz # $4.60 2nd .50oz $4.60 3rd- .70oz $4.50. The WORST customer service here. 95% of the employees that work here are just terrible & rude to deal with. I've had my fair share of visitations to this post office, and everyone of them negative. I'd like to point out 2 employees in particular, there used to be a short Asian woman who was just an absolute psychotic bitch to all the customers she was "helping." I've never seen someone so rude before. I don't see her around anymore, which is good. Now, there's a new employee there with a terrible attitude; a senile older man with an overgrown beard on his face. This person abuses what little power he has as a clerk behind the counter. He's obviously new & doesn't know how the flow of things work, and instead of learning, he imposes his own stubborn ideas on customers. One time I came in with my daughter and observed him being taught by his senior co-worker, an older women. he looked very unhappy at being told how to correctly perform a task. He then proceeded to take his bitter attitude and project it on the customers. I can honestly say, I've NEVER seen such rude & unprofessional customer service anywhere else in my life There were a few decent employees, whom I do not see working there anymore. This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They lie and are rude. David the supervisor is unprofessional and rude and hangs up on people when he can't answer something. The mail carriers lie and get away with it to not deliver mail. they report back that there's construction or something blocking the box when it's not true. I received a letter today July 2nd telling me I have until July 3rd tomorrow to pick up all my mail or else it will be sent back to sender. Yet the date of notice delivery says it was test July 1st. This was not on my door before I left for work this morning. Horrible customer service and mail delivery or should I say lack thereof. Tried to call the phone number and perpetually busy then when it rings no one answers and call automatically disconnects. I have 4 packages with tracking numbers that said they were delivered on 2/26 and 2/27 and I didn't receive any of them. We have locked boxes in our neighborhood so this is a carrier issue. Also, they key that is left to get in the locked box for packages is bent and rusty and I have difficulty getting my packages and sometimes can't get them until I resorted to putting Vaseline all over the key. I've been buying a PO Box at this location for almost 6 years and every year the service depreciates but the fees go up. I show up today only to find the lobby is now closing at 5pm. No notifications were sent out to box holders nor are the new hours posted anywhere. I was told by the employee locking the door due to COVID the lobby is closing at 5pm now. So now as an ESSENTIAL WORKER during COVID I cannot even get my mail because I do not get off in time to get there before 5. I receive a lot of shipments from Amazon, I have them shipped to the place that I work, open Tues - Sat 9-6 pm. WE have receivers, front desk, and very large open doors. When my shipments come from UPS I have no issues, but USPS good lord. I received a message that there was yet another failed delivery attempt today at 9:08 am. Our doors were open all four of them. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes, nothing. We are closed after this for the Holiday weekend, and I know my package will be sent back. I've had my fair share of time in this particular post office, and I can count on one hand the times I've had okay service. Most of the time, their workers are cold and harsh. Today I had an encounter with Tia. After being helped out by a kind young woman, I had to sort some things out, wait in line again, then Tia called me up to her window. The nice young woman was put on "red vest duty," so Tia had to help me. But instead, she "greeted" me with a rude-toned "I know what you were asking earlier, and no we can't help you." Listen Tia, maybe you missed the kindness lesson at your training, but that's not how you greet customers. Even if you can't help me, suggest things that are not, "Stop wasting your gas and coming here to fix something we can't." Guys. She literally said this to me. Tia, I genuinely hope you get some sleep tonight, so you try again tomorrow. I had a terrible experience with the usps customer service person. To call it customer service is a joke. Companies used to always go above and beyond to help a customer and reach a far conclusion. I shipped a package using usps; shipping was $40 the package was worth $250. (I will never not get the insurance again) so after talking to 3 different customer service people at various locations; it was determined that my package was with 3rd party company that the usps works with. Beyond that, they have zero information. No info for said 3rd party so i cant contact them, also they concluded the business and said they have no more they can do to help me. Plus they dont do shipping cost refunds even tho they not only didn't do the job they were paid to do of shipping the package to the destination; but also lost it along the way. I felt insane talking to customer service when they said they cant do anything at all no matter what. No info where it is, no refund even tho they failed to deliver, no pride... i will never ship with this company again and i pray they go bankrupt and fade away like bad companies should. I have been dealing with an issue since 6/14/19 and I have done everything that they have asked me to and have been dealing with complaint departments and the postal inspections department. I was told I would be contacted by the Manager of this location as of 6/19/19 and physically went into the location to see how long the process takes and the agent couldn't answer that but took my information and stated that I would get a call back and as of today 6/24/19 nothing has happened. I realized why USPS is closing left and right! Because they're stupid. I've been tracking my package... and at 10:26am it states (AND I QUOTE) "Notice Left (Business Closed). No notice was left, and WE were open since 6am that morning till 5pm.... there was over 10 employees and no one saw any post office driver nor the notice. so later on the day I called this post office and LUCKILY the package made it back there, so I went there my self and picked up the package.
