A $3.99 "email fee" just to receive and print a document that was emailed to the store. When I asked about the charge, the employee responded, "What do you think, it's free?" I understand businesses charge for services, but nearly $4? I expect to pay for the printing itself, but charging extra just to receive an email seems like paying a tip before any service has really been provided.

More often than not, the mail lady delivers my mail to another mailbox, or I get my neighbors…read moremail/packages. Or it just doesn't get delivered at all. At least 3 times since I've moved here, I've had to go in to the post office to trace my package. Three times already, I've had to re order debit cards because she delivers to either another mailbox, or who knows where. I've even seen neighbors mail on the floor before like she dropped it & just didn't bother to pick it up. Not sure how hard it is for her to do her job, but maybe she should retire or find a job she CAN do.
