I waited for 20min in line for the woman at window 6 to leave her desk bc I have a service animal, then a woman at window 4 to sent me as well then I was sent to window 10 where there's clearly a sign that says no dogs and then window 11 where the Asian woman shouted "I don't usually take dogs idc if they're service animals just hurry up. You were in line a long time why aren't you ready." So disrespectful and I had a huge box I was going back and forth with from window to window and for government employees they should know the law is service animals are allowed. They act as if my dog is going to jump over the enclosed desk, break the window and attack them. Totally unacceptable behavior. First of all my dog is hypoallergenic and even if she weren't they would have no interaction with her being at an enclosed desk with a literal window between us. They all need to be retrained bc this despicable behavior and discrimination against a person with a disability. In other words this is a lawsuit and I've never experienced such treatment from the usps.

When the Charles Schulz Peanuts collection came out I went to every nearby post office trying to get the stamps. Naturally my local post offices didn't have them. My daughter surprised me and ordered them online as a gift for my birthday or some occasion! I find the employees here to be more cooperative over the years since the postal service made it easier to review your experience. Just use the QR Code on the receipt and answer a few questions! I sat waiting for a label to generate for about 20 minutes- she seriously just yelled at EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER coming through her line. Very argumentative, rude-- I cannot believe why she has not been fired. I have been here multiple times (unfortunately to her window), and would not return. I have been to the person on the other side (rightmost booth on long side), who is perfectly reasonable and none of the above. This aggressor sets the tone for the entire PO. After she rushed everyone through, yelling about it incessantly, she called her friend and talked about the cheesesteak she was about to eat for 10m. Also, I would like to note there is a difference between comprehensibly explaining something to someone, vs picking an argument and yelling at someone with negative assumptions. Another time it was almost (but NOT) closing time and right in front of me, another person locked the front door while I was inside the vestibule. I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE. And even said this OUT LOUD! Seriously it makes no sense. It's as though they WANT to upset us for being customers who need postal service. It wasn't even closed yet, but afterwards she explained that she has to lock it, or people will keep entering. THAT IS WHAT OPEN HOURS ARE FOR.

This review is a bit longer but I took time to write this. I am hoping Management will do something. The staff working for today , July 24, 2026, who was named Franco (as what he gave me, I dont know if that is his real name or he just gave me an alias) is rude, liar, no costumer service skills and needs training on how to deal and talk to customers. First, I went the day before (Thursday) and asked for the notary public person availability , he is the one on the counter (Franco) and he told me that the person will be there by 9am-11am on Friday. He said the notary person will leave by 11 am. So the next day, (Friday) I went there past 10 am. I saw and approached him (Franco) in the counter and told him I needed a document to be notarized. Moreover, I told him that I spoke to him the day before. He told us, (there is another person who needed the service) and pointed to the side of the store where there is a small area for doing such. Obviously, with the small area, the two of us can`t fit doing the signing at the same time. Since he previously mentioned the day before that the person will only be there until 11am, (it was past 10:40 am), I went to find another area which i can use for signing.I dont want to miss the chance of letting the person sign, for by 11 am, he will leave. When the other person I am waiting came (needs two person on the document) to sign with me, I went to look for an area again nearest to me where we can do it. He directed us again to go back to that same area where he pointed before. He said this in a rude way. He did not explain to us previously that the area he had pointed is the ONLY allowed place to sign (he said it has to be in camera). Instead of signing in front of the Notary public person , which what is itself stated in the notary document . Furthermore, I noticed, there is no other person in the UPS store as a staff. He is alone the whole time, and I saw he signed the notary document of another person. To be certain, I asked him if the person signing the notary is him, He replied "yes". He lied because the day before , He told me the person will be there by 9-11Am, only to find out that the same person he is talking about, is HIMSELF. Then when I told him , I need a notary that will be accepted for an Apostille , ( there should be wordings near in his stamp signature that says "appeared, sworn and signed in front of me", otherwise Apostille office would send back the papers to the notary person who signed. This happened to me before and would be inconvenient for me to go back to the store just for that , so I made it clear to him about it. He kept on insisting and answered repeatedly "we dont do it here". I explained to him what I meant - several times , even rephrasing my words , but still , he did not understand. He thought I want an Apostille from him. In the end, he sent us away and told us to have it done in other notary public office. He is so unprofessional. Instead of listening, he refused to do his work. The type of personality he has does not belong in the counter for this type of job. Management needs to step up and do something to make the experience of customers, pleasant . Nobody should be treated like this. Nobody needs an additional stress for this encounter. If he has an issue within him, he needs to take a vacation and come back ready to do the job with an attitude different than what he is showing to people who chose to use the service the store is offering.

Really no need to raise your voice when you're that close to me over a free thin plastic bag, actually there's no need at all. You could have simply asked me what my package was before assuming and speak calmly. I did drop off a lot of packages yesterday, given the look on her face she was probably just miserable she had to do work. Seriously unnecessary and inappropriate. Due to an address issue, it never arrived as scheduled and was instead being sent back to the sender. I was told by multiple USPS representatives that there was nothing that could be done and that the package could not be intercepted. At that point, I was extremely stressed because the item was time-sensitive, and the sender was also unavailable until after spring break, which would have meant a significant delay. But Andy at the USPS on 30-11 21st went far above and beyond what anyone else was willing or able to do. He kept open communication with me and was able to track down the package all the way back at the original post office and arranged for it to be redirected back to me. By the next day at noon, I had it in my hands. What stood out most was that he did this with genuine kindness and initiative, not because he had to, but because he cared enough to help. It meant more than just getting a package on time--it restored my faith that there are still truly helpful and compassionate people out there. Thank you so much Andy!

What is off putting is the smell. It always smells of homeless or has some horrible odor emitting from the place especially at the entrance and the first floor.
