If I could give this post office a minus 10...it has cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars, they have lost packages, put Christmas cards with checks in them in other peoples mailboxes, they need to remove the phones from this location, in 3 years they have not ever answered the phone. They pass up our house when we have confirmed delivery, the customer service reps are rude, as to the postal manager, we were told our package was on the mail carriers truck, which we spoke with him he said it was not, we got back in line after speaking to the post master and was advised of the same answer, we got back in line, the second service rep went in the back and found our package! We confronted the post master and she just walked away from us with no answer when we had the package in hand! Most disorganized post office ever! read more

Always gotten my mail in a timely manner when I go into the office lines move quickly and staff is always helpful.

Service level not bad here. When there's a line, moves pretty quickly. It mostly hinges on the customers being slow or not prepared when they get to the counter, not the workers themselves being slow. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with such a miserable, mean old woman. I went in today to mail something in a Priority Mail box, and I had printed out a prepaid shipping label like I have many times before. When the horrible B-word called me to her table, I asked for a plastic sleeve to slip my shipping label in (again, like I have so many times before). She told no, that I just had to tape it on the box. I then asked about the label being damaged and expressed my worry and she told me that it, "wasn't her problem." Excellent! She was an overweight woman with short, ratty grey hair and glasses. Avoid her at all costs! She was so rude and has absolutely no concept of good customer service. Why would USPS hire her? I don't get it. I will ship with fedex from now on, they are much better! read more

Says they have 24hr automated postal service. Perhaps they do, but you would have to make it past the locked doors after hours to find out. Staff is typical USPS...rude, don't care attitude and doing as little as possible to be helpful. I bet they wonder why the USPS loses an approximated $25 MILLION dollars a day. This is the Post Office closest to my home. It is convenient to just drop something off at but it is WAY too busy to try and send something from package wise...I wouldn't want to stand in this line! This is probably one of the slowest and crowded post offices in our state. I still go here though to contribute to helping support the postal system. At least my mail is timely to my home from here. They do have a great drive up system but traffic is pretty busy at this corner. read more

Don't use this post office!!!!! They lose things...repeatedly. The most recent one was a box of replacement parts I ordered. This package required signature confirmation so I got a delivery attempt notice at my door. A couple of days later when I went to claim my package- they couldn't find it! Sadly this is not the first time. I have dropped packages (with tracking) off- only for them to never leave the post office and mysteriously disappear. Unfortunately, this is also that post office that delivers to my house. Two Amazon packages tracked as delivered to my house were never received. I had to call the post office and get the run around before being able to speak to my post delivery guy who swears he left them in my mail box... a locked mail box. If I were you, I would use a different post office if you wish to mail with confidence. read more

I made a complaints about the mail carriers not delivering mail to my new address. The guy who called hang up on me cause he only wanted to give excuse and I told him to stop talking a listen to what I was saying. I put a change address into the online service his excuse of why they wouldn't deliver to the address was cause only the old post office gets the change of move, and I didn't fill out the vacant card, I had filled it out on line should not have to fill out a piece of paper in a mailbox. if the address is clearly printed on the envelope then deliver the mail it doesn't matter who lives in the home its your job to deliver that mail not chose to hold and send it back cause you think you know who lives in a home. i even got a thank you letter from the post office which they deliverd but kept and sent back all my other mail. thier job is to put the mail in the mailbox not decided who lives in that home and its none of thier business who lives and gets mail at any said address. rant over read more

I would give zero stars if I could. My mail box does not work. They key to the box doesn't turn. They make me pay FORTY dollars to fix it and put my mail on hold for TWO WEEKS!!! I'm livid. All because THEIR part doesn't work. Now I have to drive here every flipping day to get my mail and drag my 3 kids w me? So horrible. I asked to talk to the manager who never even came after the guy pushed the button 2 times. Waste of my life. What's the alternative?! You don't deliver my mail unless I give you 40 bucks?! That is Ridiculous. Extortion. Stupid thing has been broken since I moved in 3 years ago. Said they would have replaced it if I had just moved in. Nice. Update: wrote a few letters to see if I could get my money back. The manager contacted me and gave me back my money due to an incorrect fee. The manager was very nice, accommodating, and took care of my needs. However, my mail is still on hold and the box is not fixed 3 weeks later. The manager said the paperwork was still sitting in the bin for repair when he went to locate my fix it paperwork. Update: Took 4 weeks to fix my stuck mailbox. read more

My home is located directly across from my mailboxes for our neighborhood. I have been expecting a package, checking the tracking often, and expecting delivery on 1/11/18. That day comes and goes, no delivery. OK. Now the USPS tracking states updated delivery 1/12/18, OK. Comes and goes, no delivery. In fact, NO MAIL AT ALL FOR ANYONE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, I live across the street. Check USPS tracking, again, no updates. Still saying delivery Friday, Jan. 12 by 8pm. Waited..nothing. Now Saturday, Jan. 13th- updated delivery to be today. Postman FINALLY arrives. I check mail....NO PACKAGE! Get in my car and find postman around corner at other mailboxes. State my case, he searches truck, nothing. Now, I'm fired up. I tell him to call Sierra Adobe to have them check. He does. Blah blah blah, Grant (at PO) no help. Postman tells me to call Grant directly. I do. Back at home, on phone with Grant who tells me that 'according to HIS info the parcel is nowhere to be found'. HUH???? I tell him the USPS site says it was scanned in on 1/11/18 FROM PHOENIX. This is an IN CITY DELIVERY!!!! He says 'nothing he can do that I will need to wait until it is scanned again'. HUH??????? I ask him to look for the parcel to see if it was set aside or at least make an effort. NO! Now I'm just pissed. I ask for his manager's name: Aaron???? Erin???? Last name.....'we don't give out last names'.....HUH????? Monday is MLK day, no mail. So, pray with me that this will arrive. But, really, my mail is not the issue, NO ONE ON MY STREET GOT MAIL ON FRIDAY JANUARY 12TH!!!!! USPS just doesn't care. At All. So, that's my rant. This PO is convenient for me and has the godsend of an Automated Postal Center, where you can breeze in, buy stamps or set up to send a package, and breeze out. However, the special hopper where you are supposed to put those packages is frequently full, which means it can not be opened. Have stood there and rung the bell and banged on the door and tried to tell the counter workers, but NEVER get a response. Why make it so easy for us to send stuff and then we can't physically send it? Ugh. Answer the dang bell, it's called service. Another time on a Sat morning, the APC was on the fritz, so I had to wait in line, as did everybody else who wanted to use the APC. When it was my turn, I told the worker that the APC was down. She had no idea and said, "Oh, that's why it's so busy in here." So I was the first person to tell them about the technical issue? UGH again. I try to support the PO; I don't want to lose this service in the U.S.; but OMG they need to meet us halfway! just a little customer service, please! read more

I call and ask a simple question. Do you have legal flat rate envelopes behind the counter, because there aren't any in the lobby? The answer I receive is "we don't have cardboard, we have ones like paper". So I ask if they're flat rate. Answer: "I'm not sure; I don't work in the front." **Dead silence.** Any normal business would ask me to hang on while they checked it out, but the postal employees don't care in the least because they don't lose their jobs like people employed in the private sector. Consumer beware! I hate that I can't choose my post office location. The employees here so not know what they're talking about half the time or are just grossly misinformed. There is no communication between staff. They all seem to give you different info. I needed a new key when mine broke and it's been almost 2 weeks and I still don't have the keys to my box despite the new lock having been put on. I called and was met with a very unfriendly employee who told me that the keys were supposedly delivered 5 days ago. Yet when I went into the office yesterday they said they would be delivered by the end if the day. They were not. That was when I spoke with Tricia. She took my number and told me she would call back and when 5 hours went by with no word I called again to have Tricia be annoyed I was calling again and told me that the post man had not been back yet. Had she told me when I first called that she was waiting on his arrival I would not have called back! Very poor customer service!!! read more
