Very new to the area and made my first Yelp check in to this US Post Office location…read more So far I've been greeted by the nicest of people! I had to send off 2 Flat rate boxes out. The lady that helped me politely told me that one of my small flat rate boxes was jam packed, and unfortunately couldn't accept it. She was VERY FAST to trouble shoot for me, and found me a larger flat rate, padded envelope that was only 20 cents more than the small flat rate box. She suggested to go with her recommendation so I didn't have to pay for tape..again! Thank you for helping me not only recommending me on something that was self adhesive, but in a timely fashion. We didn't even hold up the line and I was done with my transaction in less than 5 minutes.

Told me I did the wrong packet the said things I didn't understand making me feel like I'm retarded so I just took it like a champ and told her I'll handle it at home I was feed up with with her attitude. Strange the customer she helped before me was white middle age her demeanor was sooo happy spirited so makes me wonder is she racist??? Towards a certain ethnicity??? Anyways I'm taking my business to Yucca Valley handle my passport there cause they're okay with customer service. They definitely take care of packages. When needed if the package is too big they usually give you a key or you get a yellow slip with your PO Box number on it which you have to show ID but it makes sense for them to check your ID they just want to make sure that it's not the wrong person breaking into your PO Box and stealing your packages.
