I called and FedEx said I could pick up the package after 5:00 PM. I drove 45 minutes and got there at 6:00. The lady said the truck is still out, and will be out until 8:00, and they close at 7:00. This is before she even looked at my tracking number. Apparently she KNEW the truck was not back. Her job was to dispose of the annoying customer standing in front of her, nothing more, nothing less. This "nice" Fedex counter lady did something I didn't think was possible. She made me WISH I was at the DMV instead. Brutal as the DMV can be, FedEx is worse.

I walked in and it was crowded! It must have been prime time to drop packages or something because u had to wait on line for a bit. The drag was patient, friendly and helpful, where I feel like other packaging place have fell short with service. It's great to have this location in this Main Street as packaging places are dying out. They also take Amazon returns as well!

There is one employee that must be a sicko and tossed out 2 items. They never arrived at the destination. It's not about money, it's about the experience of having someone who works in a postal location and intentionally throws out someone's stuff. It was securely attached to the rest of the items, so yes, they had to literally do it with intent. Lesson learned!

I've got about 16 case numbers and nothing gets done about anything. This morning two very heavy boxes were left on the front steps that I could not get inside. I had to call a friend who came by during their lunch hour to bring them to my side door so that I could get them inside. I don't understand what's going on with FedEx. Unless I contact them each time I have a delivery coming, the packages get left at the front. They even told me to set it up in my Delivery which I've done already years ago, and somebody at FedEx, who I spoke to through Twitter noted my account that all packages should always be delivered to the side door because of my disability. The drivers just don't care about their customers or maybe FedEx really isn't doing anything about it and just giving me case number of the case number. It doesn't get done... and each time I bring it to their attention they say someone's going to call, then they give me a case number and nobody calls and nothing gets done. Very disappointed in FedEx. UPS always brings everything to the side door after asking them one time. Going forward, I will not be sending packages via FedEx, I have no control of what comes in when I order online, but I will no longer be using or supporting FedEx to ship. I will be using UPS. Long story short: A…read moredevious company tried to trick me into thinking my order was cancelled- then shipped it anyway. (See my Sears Parts Direct Yelp!) Since only notified last minute, contacted UPS by phone and explained that I'd already had the bank appeal the charge on March 1st for an order that I'd been trying to cancel. The order was literally on the truck- gave UPS the the tracking number and within half an hour, signed into my UPS account to see it noted: "The sender requested a delivery change for this package/The package will be returned to the sender." Thank you, UPS.

Tracking indicated a delay in delivery and for days was never found. Amazon refunded my expensive order, reversed the Rx to make a reship available, contacted my insurance to reverse charges and shipped a replacement. Now the replacement went to this facility and it looks like it is lost again. Received delay notices again. New (miracle that I got a human after hours of trying) UPS overseas (Asia?) repeats same as the bots that ran me around in circles. Now after a long wait on the phone i got someone with an Indian accent. He is trying to actually speak with someone at the facility. He is now connecting me to his supervisor. Finally some progress.
