I don't come to this location too often, but every time I have it's been a fantastic experience, and all due to their staff! They are always very friendly and helpful. I love the self service stations too. I came recently and needed to send a package to a loved one in the hospital. I wanted to get it there as quickly as possible. The employee gave me a tip that for whatever reason, they can get it there faster if I used one of their boxes versus my own box. I appreciated that he gave me that insight. See, very helpful! Just don't even bother, you're gonna get upset. They are very unaccommodating you go to these places to get help or mail something out. They do not assist you with anything they don't even have Wi-Fi their suggestion to me was just go home. Use your Wi-Fi and then send it to this email address then when you come back, you could print it. Thank God I live very close so I have the ability to walk, but what about the other people that drove and then they gotta drive back home. And then drive back there to pick their copies up if they even received your email because keep in mind they don't have Wi-Fi. They don't have Wi-Fi connection? This is a FedEx store. What is going on? How do you run a business and B shipping, packing, printer, scanner, and don't have Wi-Fi. And then offer no assistance what so ever you are definitely on your own. looking to go print something and you think it's just going to be so easy. You go in you're thinking you're gonna get assistance however you don't know their machines , you're not gonna get any help !!now you get carded ,They want to see your ID to even mail something. It's just a shit show , you're better off going to the library. They are so sweet. You can print whatever you want , You can get on their computer. They have printers. Fedex sucks. If they sucked any harder they would create a black hole and drag all of humanity into oblivion! They give you a timeframe for delivery with a signature requirement then several hours later, change it to delivery by 8pm. So you wasted your entire day waiting for a scheduled delivery that the courier doesn't give two figs about. Useless pucks! Try and get a human on the phone and you might as well request Bigfoot riding a unicorn. IMPOSSIBLE. WORST COURIER SERVICE THERE IS! read more

I came here to pick up a package. One Staff was dealing with this one customer who's clueless about what she's doing. There's another counter that has a guy staff. I was in line and the guy completely ignored me. So I moved to his line and when it was my turn, I said im here too pick up a package and then he took my name, and then on his way to helping me. He immediately shifted on to this woman who was way over in the other side of the room and said. "Il be right back because she was here before you" So literally, he took my information and was about to get my package and chose to help the woman in the back who is FARTHER as if she's having a heart attack. Then I quickly noticed this guy helped only white people. Basically doesn't value any other customer but white customers. I am about to file a corporate complaint of what this guy did. I went to UPS to send a important document because the post office has disappointed me in the past. Almost $12 to send an envelope, told 95% chance recipient would receive the next day at LA address. Here it is almost a week later & the envelope is lost! No help from where I sent, online only option ^ the last step to send complaint won't go through. SO FRUSTRATED! As a Graphic Designer, I have been printing at FedEx for years. This recent experience exceeded by expectations! I submitted a print order for my own wedding invitations. I printed two on each piece of paper and planned to cut them out myself. Jane was beyond wonderful and had the invitations already cut for me upon my arrival! This absolutely made my day and saved me hours of cutting! I can't thank Jane and the team enough for going above and beyond. This is my new favorite FedEx location. I plan to do all my future printing here because of the teams genuine care for their customers. These workers are so afraid of their boss Gabby that they're unwilling to compensate customers for downtime on their end. Employees were great in trying to get the prints done but after 2 hours of waiting on two prints when there was no one in the shop is ridiculous. Thanks to Edwin for explaining the process. However when the other employee admits to making a mistake and causing it to take longer yet cannot make any budge on price is absurd. read more

I'm not usually one to write reviews but the team at this FedEx location deserves some recognition! My fiancé and I were on a time crunch to get all of the signage printed for our wedding. Large prints, menus, the works. After calling around to many places we felt defeated at the insane cost and turn around times we were being told. We thought we would give this FedEx a call and thank goodness we did. Kevin was extremely helpful and took on the project personally, promising to get us our prints well before the wedding. And he kept his promise! They had all of our signage done in 2 days!! For an incredible cost! And there was also something very special about having Kevin and his team work on this rather than just sending it off to a printer. THANK YOU KEVIN! They are kinda slow with the service here, but when you do finally het helped, they are all super friendly. They do a good job with walk in prints, as well as the online orders. I just pocked up my online orders and they came out great. Note that they do not do full bleed printing. Does any Fed Ex do that? read more

I echo the criticisms of this place. The employees' customer service here is garbage. I called this location to get an estimate on the price to print a poster. The first two times, they picked up and immediately hung up on me. I was so confused and chalked it up as a technical issue. I called again. I realized it was not a phone issue because someone picked up and IMMEDIATELY put me on hold. No greeting, no "hello, can you please hold." Just immediate hold music. Wtf is that??? I even emailed them right after. No apology, no response. What trash. Do NOT go to this FedEx Kinkos location. Go instead to the one in San Juan Capistrano. The employees there are friendlier, more professional and actually know what they're doing. read more

This location is amazing! Printing services were super cheap and staff is super friendly! Lhea is amazing and went above and beyond! Not only was she sympathetic and understanding when I was printing out "LOST CAT" flyers, but she went outside of her place of work to post about my cat to make sure everyone in the area knew. I'll start positive because that's why there is 3 stars. Thank you Isabel for assisting in helping me ship something very important. However i think this location needs to rethink management because the manager on duty was nothing but rude, not wanting to be helpful. Firstly when i walked in and was waiting she did not come to assist which i didn't think anything at first till once i was being helped another lady walks in and she immediately goes to the counter to assist them. Okay, weird, but whatever. While I'm on the phone with my mother asking if it will be alright for the shipping(whilst Isabel was nicely assisting me with) then from the back across the store, the manager yells some information to me,interrupting me and Isabel. As I'm trying to repeat the information that was so rudely given to me she walks forward finally(because she had to grab something nearby) and repeats it again and laughs...and also not even looking at me just walking busily with whatever she was doing. Excuse me mam, firstly work on your customer service skills, when talking to someone with information, approach them, don't rudely interrupt, and then laugh at the customer for not knowing something. I don't work at fed ex, you do. All the while this lady has an awful grim look on her face, very disappointed in this so called "manager" you should be setting a better example, and you should take some tips from Isabel on how to nicely help your customers. Might want to make some changes at this location. The lady working there told me"you can't send mail to a P.O. Box" You have to be kidding me?! Don't mind you that this was already a pre printed envelope from the IRS! That's the whole point of mail..is so that you can mail to P.O. Boxes! Then after I told her to just give me the envelopes and I'll write the addresses myself. It then took her 8 minutes to ring up envelopes. Save yourself time & go to the post office or UPS store up the street! read more

Their hours, the staff, the professionalism, services offered, retail selection -- they are so much better than my home town's independent (not a Fed Ex) office by FAR. Let me start by saying that I would have given this zero stars if it were an option. I am actually flabbergasted by my recent experience at this service center. I had heard comments that weren't so positive online and from friends in San Clemente, but I still gave it a try given the convenient location. After wasting about 3 hours yesterday I left very frustrated, disappointed and amazed at the lack of service and awful attitude displayed during my second visit. My experience started in the morning with a meeting with one of their staff members. My team and I walked through what we needed printed, bound, etc. We went through the #'s and quality of paper we wanted to use. Our price quote was $850, which seemed reasonable. We left to get our electronic files. We returned in the afternoon and unfortunately our initial contact was no longer working. So we approach a very snarly older lady, who I sense is the store manager. It was evident from the moment that we walked in that we were an inconvenience. Some of the snide comments were surprising to me, but we trudged ahead anyway. Then we engaged with another guy working there, who started working on our quote. We told him what we were told earlier and he said that those numbers were a mistake. Our price went from $850 to $2,100! He definitely demonstrated a 'not my problem" attitude when she shared that we had already communicated the quote to our client for approval. He basically said the "other guy" makes mistakes and must have in this case too. When I told him we would find another vendor, he panicked a little and said that their bid department would call us to workout a better discount. A little too late. I could continue on with this feedback, but looking at the other negative comments posted and the lack of FedEx trying to improve the customer experience, I will save my breath. I went there to return a pre paid package. The item I was returning packed in the original packaging that FedEx sent it to me in. A young man named "AJ" helped me. He carelessly took the package and slammed it with both hands on to the scale and then pressed it against the scale before releasing his weight for the scale to read. Afterward there was a tear in my box in the shape of the corner of the scale. He then says "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to poke a hole in the box, but this box isn't fit for shipping." I informed him that it was the same box that was shipped to me so obviously it survived. He didn't want to ship the box but I finally convinced him to tape up the hole that HE caused and ship the box. He did nothing to hide that he was upset and threw some tape on and mumbled either "this box is going to make it but not the contents" or the contents are going to make it without the box". If the postage wasn't pre paid I would've went anywhere else. I think this place deserves a 1.5 star but that was not an option and I rounded up in good faith. read more
