We have never had such a bad experience with a printer. We have spent so much money here over so much time and we have dealt with decent people at this location. The person we reached today was so incompetent and rude and refused to give us basic rates and timelines. The worst part of all is that when we asked to speak with someone else, he refused repeatedly and denied escalation a number of times. Now he and the other person working won't even pick up the phone so This place is losing so much business. When I searched the website to write an email, they won't provide one. Instead, they transferred me to the Philippines and said they'll put in a support ticket. Whatever. We will just tell the world about our bad experience instead of trying to reach FedEx to solve it. This was the most unprofessional experience. I have had some great experiences with with this location, and the person who answered was fine, but when I got to the person who needed to answer basic questions about pricing and options, he became so rude and refused to share basic numbers. When I asked over three times to be transferred to someone who could give answers, he refused then actually hung up. I called again to ask for the first professional person, who he would not let me speak with. He actually picked up the phone and said not to call back. This is all after refusing three separate times to give the name of someone who would answer basic questions. What kind of a business does this?! Absolutely fantastic customer service. As soon as I walked in the door and was ready to get in line, Chris left what he was doing and came out from behind the counter to greet me and ask if I needed any assistance. I showed him my pre-labeled package and he was more than happy to take it from me & print a receipt for me. The entire transaction took no more than a minute. I don't come to this location too often, but every time I have it's been a fantastic experience, and all due to their staff! They are always very friendly and helpful. I love the self service stations too. I came recently and needed to send a package to a loved one in the hospital. I wanted to get it there as quickly as possible. The employee gave me a tip that for whatever reason, they can get it there faster if I used one of their boxes versus my own box. I appreciated that he gave me that insight. See, very helpful! This review is specifically about the female manager working at the counter. My husband brought in a large, fragile return package while I waited in the car. The item was a Big Ass Candle that we decided to return because we didn't like the scent. We never even removed it from the original packaging. The manufacturer packages these candles very specifically to protect them, so we left everything exactly as it arrived. My husband came back and told me the manager refused to accept the package because there was wax on the outside of the box and that it "needed to be covered." Since that didn't make sense to me, I went inside to ask for clarification. I asked, "What do you mean by 'covered'?" Instead of answering my question, she told me she was cleaning the counter because when she used her fingernail, the wax would come off. That didn't explain what she wanted us to do. I asked again, "Do you mean wrap it like a Christmas gift?" She finally clarified that she meant it needed to be placed inside a new box. The confusing part is that this is exactly how FedEx delivered the package to me in the first place. We hadn't altered the box at all. I didn't open it light it and drop wax on it. Rather than argue, I left and took the exact same package to another FedEx location. They accepted it immediately without saying a single word about the wax or requiring another box. In fact, they processed the return exactly as-is, which shows that even the "requirement" I was given at the first location was not actually necessary. I also contacted FedEx customer service afterward, and they were professional, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience at this particular location was the complete opposite. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the manager's attitude, lack of clear communication, and unwillingness to simply explain what was needed (which in fact wasn't needed at all) read more

Just don't even bother, you're gonna get upset. They are very unaccommodating you go to these places to get help or mail something out. They do not assist you with anything they don't even have Wi-Fi their suggestion to me was just go home. Use your Wi-Fi and then send it to this email address then when you come back, you could print it. Thank God I live very close so I have the ability to walk, but what about the other people that drove and then they gotta drive back home. And then drive back there to pick their copies up if they even received your email because keep in mind they don't have Wi-Fi. They don't have Wi-Fi connection? This is a FedEx store. What is going on? How do you run a business and B shipping, packing, printer, scanner, and don't have Wi-Fi. And then offer no assistance what so ever you are definitely on your own. looking to go print something and you think it's just going to be so easy. You go in you're thinking you're gonna get assistance however you don't know their machines , you're not gonna get any help !!now you get carded ,They want to see your ID to even mail something. It's just a shit show , you're better off going to the library. They are so sweet. You can print whatever you want , You can get on their computer. They have printers. Fedex sucks. If they sucked any harder they would create a black hole and drag all of humanity into oblivion! They give you a timeframe for delivery with a signature requirement then several hours later, change it to delivery by 8pm. So you wasted your entire day waiting for a scheduled delivery that the courier doesn't give two figs about. Useless pucks! I came here to pick up a package. One Staff was dealing with this one customer who's clueless about what she's doing. There's another counter that has a guy staff. I was in line and the guy completely ignored me. So I moved to his line and when it was my turn, I said im here too pick up a package and then he took my name, and then on his way to helping me. He immediately shifted on to this woman who was way over in the other side of the room and said. "Il be right back because she was here before you" So literally, he took my information and was about to get my package and chose to help the woman in the back who is FARTHER as if she's having a heart attack. I went to UPS to send a important document because the post office has disappointed me in the past. Almost $12 to send an envelope, told 95% chance recipient would receive the next day at LA address. As a Graphic Designer, I have been printing at FedEx for years. This recent experience exceeded by expectations! I submitted a print order for my own wedding invitations. I printed two on each piece of paper and planned to cut them out myself. Jane was beyond wonderful and had the invitations already cut for me upon my arrival! These workers are so afraid of their boss Gabby that they're unwilling to compensate customers for downtime on their end. I'm not usually one to write reviews but the team at this FedEx location deserves some recognition! My fiancé and I were on a time crunch to get all of the signage printed for our wedding. Large prints, menus, the works. After calling around to many places we felt defeated at the insane cost and turn around times we were being told. We thought we would give this FedEx a call and thank goodness we did. Kevin was extremely helpful and took on the project personally, promising to get us our prints well before the wedding. And he kept his promise! They had all of our signage done in 2 days!! For an incredible cost! They are kinda slow with the service here, but when you do finally het helped, they are all super friendly. They do a good job with walk in prints, as well as the online orders. I echo the criticisms of this place. The employees' customer service here is garbage. I called this location to get an estimate on the price to print a poster. The first two times, they picked up and immediately hung up on me. I was so confused and chalked it up as a technical issue. I called again. I realized it was not a phone issue because someone picked up and IMMEDIATELY put me on hold. No greeting, no "hello, can you please hold." Just immediate hold music. Wtf is that??? I even emailed them right after. No apology, no response. What trash. Do NOT go to this FedEx Kinkos location. Go instead to the one in San Juan Capistrano. I'll start positive because that's why there is 3 stars. Thank you Isabel for assisting in helping me ship something very important. However i think this location needs to rethink management because the manager on duty was nothing but rude, not wanting to be helpful. Firstly when i walked in and was waiting she did not come to assist which i didn't think anything at first till once i was being helped another lady walks in and she immediately goes to the counter to assist them. Okay, weird, but whatever. While I'm on the phone with my mother asking if it will be alright for the shipping(whilst Isabel was nicely assisting me with) then from the back across the store, the manager yells some information to me,interrupting me and Isabel. As I'm trying to repeat the information that was so rudely given to me she walks forward finally(because she had to grab something nearby) and repeats it again and laughs...and also not even looking at me just walking busily with whatever she was doing. Excuse me mam, firstly work on your customer service skills, when talking to someone with information, approach them, don't rudely interrupt, and then laugh at the customer for not knowing something. I don't work at fed ex, you do. All the while this lady has an awful grim look on her face, very disappointed in this so called "manager" you should be setting a better example, and you should take some tips from Isabel on how to nicely help your customers. Might want to make some changes at this location. Not only was she sympathetic and understanding when I was printing out "LOST CAT" flyers, but she went outside of her place of work to post about my cat to make sure everyone in the area knew. The lady working there told me"you can't send mail to a P.O. Box" You have to be kidding me?! Don't mind you that this was already a pre printed envelope from the IRS! That's the whole point of mail..is so that you can mail to P.O. Boxes! Then after I told her to just give me the envelopes and I'll write the addresses myself.
