    Like a couple Yelpers said, it smells funky in here. To be more specific, it reminds me of somebody who hasn't brushed their teeth and has plaque build-up. Totally gross! Service is "hit or miss" over here. THE BAD There use to be this really mean Asian lady over here. I haven't seen her the last couple times so good riddance. Yay! Once I went in and she was barking at everyone. Geez, if you hate your job... retire, don't come in or quit. Also, there was another time that when all the mailing supplies were completely empty. So I popped head into the window and asked if they could refill as I wasn't the only one waiting around. They were 2 agents, probably about 6-8 people in line but the agent said "we'll do it when we are done with the line." Ok, I understand just the tone and curtness was appalling. So I left to do other errands, returned 20 minutes later. The rude agent was just starting to put stuff out. Really? I would have had to wait that long. Give me a break. THE GOOD There are two people here that are really good, I need to get their names so I can post it. It is an Indian guy and Asian girl who are always very helpful, even taping/retaping my box to ensure that package is completely secure. OVERALL Please Febreeze the place every hour or something, the smell needs to be resolved. I know government employees are not known for their service but it doesn't mean you have to conform to that generalization. If your co-workers have great service, why can't the rest of you. Only go when I really have to.

    I guess I need to chop a leg off and then try to access while pushing a stroller.

    I wish I could give this place zero stars. Over the years I keep trying to give it the benefit of doubt. Well from rude customer service, and horrible lines, this place is my worst nightmare. I can handle the above, but they have lots of stairs and with a newborn and a big box this mama needs her stroller. I have tried 2x to use the ramp which leads to a handicap door. Neither time will they help me or let me in. They are insane to think someone can carry a stroller up those stairs mind you do it while holding packages to mail. I can't say anything nice at all about this location or it's employees.

    Waited in line since 8:30 & it's now 8:50 & no one has come to the window!!!! Why use the post office when their service is terrible!!!!

    The women who work here are extremely rude and unhelpful and caused me to lose a valuable package. Be warned, go elsewhere!

    The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I went by to drop off a box of books that i…read moresold online. I didn't have any packing tape at home and there was none out for customer usage that I could see. I already had my shipping label, so all I was missing was the tape. There was one person there, who i'm assuming was being assisted with photos, and two employees. I stood there, holding a heavy box for probably close to 10 minutes, and they never acknowledged me. Both employees looked at me and ignored me. Neither said anything about being right with me, or it would just be a minute or anything. They never said a word, just ignored me. And I stood there holding a heavy box the entire time. Then I noticed the sign about their "full service surcharge" which basically states that if one of their employees has to do something for you, you have to pay for it. Since I already had my shipping label, I was not about to pay for them to tape my box. So I scanned my label and dropped my box in their chute. Next thing I know, i'm about to get into my car, and one of the employees comes out and starts yelling at me because my box wasn't taped. His exact words were that it was all over the place. He told me that I had to wait for them. I responded that I did wait for 10 minutes, and they ignored me. He just kept yelling at me that next time I can't do that. So here's the thing. I am sorry that my box made a mess, but the thing is that I doubt that happened. The box was packed pretty tight, and it did not drop that far. So while a couple of books probably fell off the top, it wouldn't have gone all over the place. Basically, there should have been tape out for the self service they push so hard, like every other shipping store in the area. Otherwise, don't threaten to charge a fee for shipping a box and don't ignore your customers. I did not appreciate being yelled at and humiliated in public over their lack of customer service. Next time I sell books online, i'll go to the FedEx store in Millbrae.
