She lacks basic customer service skills, such as friendliness and basically just being pleasant. She pretty much seems bothered by people entering the store. She is so unprofessional and looks so miserable she should stay home. I've already complained once. How do you hire such people anyway ? I can't possibly be the only one who is concerned about this. I had a last minute print job when I found my new printer would not work. Within one hour, I was there to pick-up my print job and it was ready and waiting for me. This is despite the fact the store was busy when I arrived. I only mention this because often I have print jobs that are not ready when I arrive (at other stores). The person who helped me explained he went through effort to align the margins because he saw the margins initially seemed "off". I can appreciate this, because you don't always know how the margins will look on the final end product and I couldn't even run a test print at home. The quality of the ink and color is EXCELLENT, as is the paper weight. Its semi-glossy and the color superseded my expectations. I should have captured the name of the person who helped me. He really cared about the end result and deserves credit. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the UPS print shop at this particular location (Pima & Pinnacle Peak). Given the quality and the rush, this a good value.

He said he had no choice as there were even more customers waiting in-store. Based on my experience, they are understaffed and their customer service is underwhelming. I also discovered in hindsight Airpark Pak n Ship is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and has a C+ rating for failure to respond to customer complaint.
