Not exactly welcoming, but it got worse. I mentioned that I raced over from downtown Phoenix to make it before closing, to which he sarcastically replied, "Aren't I lucky?" Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. He then quoted me $83 to ship a pot to Ohio, claiming it was the cheapest option. That's simply not true--there are several other shipping services that are significantly less expensive and, more importantly, don't treat their customers like shit. If you value basic customer service and not being treated like an inconvenience, I'd strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

I met Mike and he was awesome, friendly and explained exactly what I needed to know about UPS and USPS shipping for eBay. The store is very organized and they have SO many items and services. They are in a very convenient and perfect location in the shopping center by Target on Frank Lloyd Wright East of 101. Along with great customer service Mike also was a pleasure to speak with, with wonderful stories explaining many of the items he has on display in the store. Really sad and I'm sitting in my car now and there's still two minutes left before it hit 6 o'clock. Where has Customer Service gone? Within one hour, I was there to pick-up my print job and it was ready and waiting for me. This is despite the fact the store was busy when I arrived. I only mention this because often I have print jobs that are not ready when I arrive (at other stores). The person who helped me explained he went through effort to align the margins because he saw the margins initially seemed "off". I can appreciate this, because you don't always know how the margins will look on the final end product and I couldn't even run a test print at home. The quality of the ink and color is EXCELLENT, as is the paper weight. Its semi-glossy and the color superseded my expectations. I should have captured the name of the person who helped me. He really cared about the end result and deserves credit. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the UPS print shop at this particular location (Pima & Pinnacle Peak). Given the quality and the rush, this a good value.

I went home, scheduled an appointment, and returned. When I arrived, the appointment wasn't honored. So I came back a third time, around 10:00 a.m., when the store was empty. Once again, I asked for notary service and was met with a condescending attitude from the same employee. He told me they normally require an appointment or advance call and that "most people do that," but he would do it for me "this time." I politely explained that I had, in fact, scheduled an appointment on my previous visit and it wasn't honored. His response was, "Well, we get busy and it's a retail store." Make it make sense. If appointments are required, honor them. If they're not required, don't lecture customers for not having one. The rules seemed to change depending on the day, and instead of receiving help, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff by requesting a service they advertised. No customer should have to visit the same location three times to get a document notarized. More importantly, no customer should be met with snarky or dismissive behavior when asking for a routine service. I won't be returning, and some members of the staff could benefit from customer service training. I'd recommend finding another location if you need notary services.
