What was to be a regular in-and-out visit, turned into a prolonged conversation about Yelp as the proprietor was not happy about me doing review of his place or snapping pictures of him. The store is a simple old-fashioned office center. A bit disorganized but nothing out of the ordinary. Fax, mail, supplies etc. Not bad at all. But then not special either. To be transparent I didn't ask for permission to take a picture of him and he is right to request me to delete it. However after deleting photos and showing him my phone as he insisted, this person would not ship my package until I deleted photos from the deleted folder and showed him my phone for verification. I obliged as I believe he had a point. The part I disagree is insisting that I also delete pictures of the messy store he didn't like. I obliged again while negotiating which angle should we keep. 500+ reviews on Yelp and this is the first experience like this. Perhaps the next Yelper will not be as accommodating as me.

From the moment I walked in, the woman at the counter was visibly annoyed and treated me like an inconvenience. Despite being polite, I was met with immediate hostility. She refused to notarize my document because my ID includes my middle name while the bond only had my first and last. As a notary myself, I knew this was incorrect, but she refused to listen. I confirmed this later with the Secretary of State, who explicitly stated she was wrong. When I called back to give them a chance to fix the mistake, she told me she was "too busy" for me to return, even though they were open for another hour. Her incompetence and rude attitude caused me to miss a critical filing deadline before the holiday break. I will never use this business again and will be filing a formal complaint with the Secretary of State's office regarding her conduct and lack of required knowledge. Avoid this place at all costs.
