I sometimes have packages re-routed to this location for later pickup if I know I will not be home to circumvent possible porch pirates. I use the 3 main carriers and often frequent each brick and mortar store. Needless to say, I have been happy with this specific location when I need to conduct a transaction in person related to UPS products and services. I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible.

I think their prices are reasonable, but more than anything they're convenient and offer various services that a person may find needing every so often. This store is always clean, neatly organized, and adequately staffed. It seems to get a good amount of foot traffic, as it's not uncommon to have to wait. The times I've had to wait haven't been bad. The parking can be limited, as it shares the few available parking spaces with at least two other businesses on that side of the small strip of businesses. Therefore, several more spaces can be found on the other side of strip (the long "L" side of the strip).

Recently I called Nu Yale to ask their current charges for my dress shirts and slacks. The lady I spoke with mentioned if you drop your clothes off on a Wednesday, you get 10% off. She never mentioned any ifs, ands or buts! This past Wednesday I decided to give them another try. I dropped off two dress shirts and one pair of slacks. At that time, I asked the young lady if I would receive 10% off as it was Wednesday. She assured me I would. This morning I picked up my clothes. I did NOT receive the 10% discount. When I protested to the young lady, which was a different person than was there when I dropped them off, she stated you only get 10% off if you have a certain amount of pieces. I told her nothing at all was said about minimum amounts when I asked about the Wednesday discount. The young lady just smiled and said something like: Sorry about your luck. I went on to say Nu Yale is higher than some other cleaners in the area, and had I known I wouldn't receive the discount, I would have went elsewhere. She replied: Yes we are high priced. I swear that's what she said! She had absolutely no sympathy and acted as if she could not have cared less if I ever returned!

We needed a notary stamp and some pictures printed and some copies. She handled the people prior to us and when she got to us she took care of our needs. While she attended to us there were about 4 - 5 more customers that were gathered in line. Coolly and calmly she addressed each customer and their needs so professionally, and answered questions that were thrown at her while caring for the immediate customers. This is what great people do and how they respond under pressure. UPS is very lucky to have such an employee and their customers are lucky to.
