So after saying that, I didn't necessarily need service because I use a self service stations. They're very easy to navigate if you take your time reading directions. Also, the people at the front desk are always willing to help whenever asked, and they seem to pay attention really well to everyone. The space is well kept With lots to offer. And I often visit here so I have had nothing but great experiences.

I paid $45 to fax stuff and had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for a receipt. I understand they were busy but my God. I am a brown man and there was another gentleman that was black. I dealt with a guy named George I believe (that's what his co-workers kept calling him) He was the MOST helpful person ever! I was originally going to purchase a box and packing peanuts for the item but George went out of his way and found me a box and packing accessories at no cost! He was super friendly and went out of his way to help me!! His coworkers were ribbing him about it a bit but I made it a point to let them know he was going beyond the job description to help me and that I thought that he had done an incredible job helping me out! They don't read directions they don't follow directions If you call to find your package to get connected to India, where they're very happy to reach to you off the screen about all their policies , you also get to listen to on hold commercials, telling you how great they are. I asked if I then go to several different stores to get an adequate number of boxes and he stated yes I guess so. Apparently It's a ship center that will not help us ship. I'm blown away and will use a different service altogether for our businesses. I'd happily purchase boxes if that would help but given the rigid stance and lack of customer care I simply cannot support and will pay more elsewhere. Customer service should matter. Not sure if this is a supply chain issue or what but you need to explain to your customers why they can't use your one rate boxes.

Their pickup truck wasn't even there yet and they totally could have accepted it, but they just wanted to make things difficult. Editing to add that we drove all the way to the other FedEx, only to learn they didn't have a printer, so they couldn't print our label. We then turn around and head back to this FedEx. When we arrive at 4:40, we see the truck being loaded up. We asked the driver if he would take the package and he agreed. Lots of wasted time over nothing.
