    According to them there's no forwarding address on file but yet it's been forwarded.

    This location decided to forward my mail to an unknown address without anyone in my households permission or request. They marked my mail down as delivered today to front porch although is never was delivered(my ring camera is directly in front of my box). This location needs to be investigated because something isn't right with this location.

    I will never ever come here for shipping services ever again. I waited in line with my items to get up to the front for the lady to incredibly rudely cut me off and shoo me away to "set up my own boxes then come up to the front once that's complete" so, I grab three individual medium size boxes because they don't offer any actual large sized boxes that can fit three small tiny reusable bags full of clothes I have to try to ship to Idaho. Since they lacked the materials that forced me to have to use one size medium box per reusable bag I had: making me have to set up three individual medium sized boxes. Once I finally finished that, I stand in line once more to finally attempt to get them shipped out. As soon as I get up to the front the next lady helping me is telling me I need to start filling out the fields to send out as she gives me my total. I told her I needed to know how much it was going to be before I sent out because the person I was shipping the items to was paying me and needed to know how much it was going to cost, she's telling me to be writing on the boxes before she can let me know that information. I do as I'm told, I start writing the information on the boxes. She goes, "well this one box is going to cost you $20 to send." I shockingly responded "you're telling me for less than 7 pounds of baby clothes and diapers this is going to cost me over $60?" She said "yes because you have three separate boxes" I said "you don't offer a box big enough to fit anything in one single box, I'm not interested in paying that much per box" she went to go push the problem on ANOTHER worker (now a third lady talking down to me and treating me like I'm stupid) she's telling me "that's fine you don't have to ship but you will have to pay for the boxes you wrote on" HAHA! This lady literally told me in order to get any type of quote on my shipping that I had to write on the boxes...... so you could say this was pretty scam like and shiesty. So even though I didn't end up shipping they still made me pay $16 and change for writing on the boxes they told me I needed to write on before they could tell me how much it would cost to ship........ talk about being sketchy and scam like. I will never ever ever come here again. And I will refer everyone else to go elsewhere as well. The ladies were all incredibly rude and you could tell they hate their jobs. For reference this is a picture of the items I was going to send and was quoted over $60 to do so. MAKE SURE YOU DONT MARK A SINGLE BOX WHEN THEY INSTRUCT YOU TO DO SO BECAUSE THATS THEIR WAY OF MAKING SURE THEY GET SOME MONEY OUT OF YOU REGARDLESS IF YOU USE THEIR SHIPPING SERVICES OR NOT. Terrible terrible hair and switch operation. Don't waste your time. Nothing about quality care or service here.

    Horrible service and never answer their phone. It's no wonder the post office is losing money!!!!!

    Always only 1-2 people working the counter at the busiest hours of the day better off prepaying online and dropping your stuff off

    First, this was a second attempt to take care of an important concern that required me to email…read morefour different sets of documents, with one set consisting of 48 pages. I first attempted to do this twice on Saturday, June 13 at the FedEx Norwalk location. Needless to say, I wasn't successful and kept getting an error message. First I didn't select enough money. Secondly, an error message occurred saying that the file was too large. This error kept happening. Therefore I asked for help, and the only available attendant said "just resend it in 2 or more emails. There is no extra charge." I tried that and it still didn't work. I felt defeated. And I didn't want to send 4 to 5 different emails. So I left because she appeared to be free but working on something in the background. And verbally instructing me to do something and not giving me the attention that I required. So I left. Sunday I went to a different FedEx. The location in Whittier on Whittier Blvd. Robert and Mark both eased my worrying and successfully completed the task that I required. They compressed the file and sent it to my email. Because of this, I was able to send one email with the 5 different sets of documents. I was more than thankful for their kind service. So I decided to write this and show my appreciation for excellent service. Robert and Mark, thank you for going out of your way to make this happen. They took the time & listened to me and solved my issue. They didn't brush me off. They took the time to physically help me. No fobbing off at this location. Thank you Robert and Mark.

RUDE and disappointing to say the least . Especially From the Owner Liandra and also the older Veterano guy that would give these rude faces . I asked just wanted to express myself without yelling or no cursing, and she Went from 0 to 300 mph ! Horrible Service , I expected more . Especially paying nearly $400.00 for a mailbox . She does NOT Value Her customers ... Just Go to Google Reviews and You will see there as well ! The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far.
