Samsung does provide an unboxing video of return items, and I noticed that the box had re-taped with a different type of tape than which I had secured it with. On my own investigation, I found the Fed Ex Ground station footage video showing that the package had been opened prior to arriving there. The prior location being this Fed Ex location. The manager Jared Norris did NOT follow up on my email requests for more information. It took months of runaround with Customer Service (outsourced, poor English comprehension) and a BBB report to both Fed Ex and Samsung for me to be refunded (minus a restocking fee, despite the item not being restocked since it never arrived for return!). My saving grace, was that I recorded the weight of the package when I dropped it off at this Fed Ex. In my BBB report, I asked to obtain the weight of the package upon arrival at Samsung. I was able to prove that the box contained the phone at dropoff, and the failure of delivery of the phone to Samsung was not because I did not place it in the box, but once it was the responsibility of this location prior to arrival at the Fed Ex Ground station. Remember, once that package is closed/taped, the only way to prove the item is actually inside is to either video yourself taping the actual package in front of the staff and/or obtaining the weight of the package. Do not rely on Fed Ex to take responsibility for the security of the items they ship, they do not have any professionalism or sense of accountability.

I went to this Staples intending to return an Amazon package via UPS. There is a large sign on the entrance door that clearly states that the store accepts both UPS and USPS returns for Amazon. However, when I asked about it, I was abruptly told that Amazon returns are not accepted there. The employee who spoke to me -- an older man with a beard, who appeared to be training a new associate -- was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of clarifying the policy in a respectful manner, he impatiently remarked that "if I had paid attention, I would have seen the sign" stating otherwise. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and discourteous, and it was troubling to see that this was the example being set for a new employee. In today's era of internet shopping and package returns, clear communication and respectful customer service are essential. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling alienated as a customer. The misleading signage compounded by the unacceptable attitude of the employee has made me reluctant to return to this location. I strongly encourage Staples to: Ensure that signage is accurate and not misleading about Amazon return services. Reinforce customer service training, especially for employees who are responsible for training others. I didn't browse through any of the aisles, just dropped off donations. What I did find minorly confusing and wasn't much of an inconvenience, was the fact that the donation dropoff center area which the main entrance was located outside the building (I didn't know this upon entering), was closed. I heard that you can ask for a donation slip to report to taxes, which isn't like a super major big deal to me, but that's something nice if you are looking to get some of it written off. I ended up just handing the bags to the attendant and that was that.

Come to find out the boot for the deck that was installed with the collection unit was improper, I mentioned it a few times to the sales man who showed no care. After duct taping it and running it all last year I dwelled on it all winter. When spring rolled around I decided to call United ag and spoke with Phil whom is not the salesman I originally dealt with, he had me bring the mower down so he could see what was going on. Upon looking at the mower Phil and a tech decided it's not the correct boot, they got with the service manager found the proper part, got it in, installed it and took care of my hydraulic fluid change for the inconvenience. (Talk about doing what you can to make your customer happy). A few days after that my throttle cable seized, I called United and Dave said come on down. He had the part In stock and took it upon himself to install it outside while the mower was still on my truck to save me time and avoid any down time!! After all of that I decided the mower is not for me anymore as I've upgraded, that's when I started looking at tractors. I looked at a couple and had Phil give me quotes on multiple tractors and implements etc, he did all quotes with not a sigh or sign of being upset for having to do so much work to sell one tractor. Needless to say I bought a 2038r and am extremely happy. Dave got the tractor right in for the third hydraulic function to be installed for my grapple and the quality of work for the install is immaculate! Everything looks stock and as it should. Morale of this very long review is shop with United. I have dealt with most all equipment stores around the area and United has most certainly proved to me that I will be taken care of properly and in a timely manner so this is where I'll be sticking to. In two or more visits to AG for parts and a look at a large tractor for an upgrade there, there is no followup. I had a part I needed that was ordered and due in 1-2 weeks for a SnowBlower and as of this review, it is a month+ and I've not heard a thing from AG on the status. As for sales and quotes, Harvest was right on top of staying with me to and through the sale. Nope, not a peep from the salesperson there about "are you still interested in that tractor or as I had requested, let me know what else comes in for trades". ZIP! I got my snowblower fixed that was originally purchased new at Harvest, but, AG was not involved at all since they yet have to get in my part. If the part ever comes in and AG actually contacts me, I'm past the need of it. Oh how I wish, Harvest equipment was still here. I will not purchase another Product nor part at AG until either this dealership fixes it's logistical and customer issues or some other dealer takes over the John Deere, Honda and Stihl franchise in which case I'll head there in hopes it will be a better customer experience.

It's sooooo worth visiting because they had anything and everything under the sun- I spent $20 on new athletic wear for my triathalon training and boxing gloves, books and a brand new stitch toy for my daughter. You CANNOT go wrong here. I love love love this place and it's all for a great cause!
