Every time I called or visited Ivette and Filbert, they were always welcoming, patient and accommodating. They didn't even give me any attitudes or guilt trip because I canceled. I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing.
