I have never had a problem in my previous 10 yrs of using storage facilities; however, 605 self storage has left me with a very dissatisfied experience. They're extremely unprofessional when it comes to their customer service. On several occasions I have called to ask for assistance, and every single time I've had issues with the staff being rude. I would not recommend using this business to anyone. The amount of money I've paid into my storage unit is definitely not worth tolerating rude attitudes from staff and managers. read more

I went to 605 Self Storage in the past as well as recently for a move. I had to get all of my things out of my apartment. The apartment was small, but my family had so many things that could fill up a 4-5 bedroom house. I was worried that I would not be able to find enough space for all of our things. At 605 Self Storage, Jhonatan helped me find a big enough unit to hold all of my family's possessions. I let him know that I may need an extra storage unit because the movers had to come back next day to take care of some remaining items. He and Fil helped me find a unit that ended up being the perfect size for the rest of my things. Jhonatan and Fil were very helpful and answered every question that I had. I really appreciate their help. I recommend this place for those who are looking for good customer service and a secured place for their belongings. If you are planning to find a unit here at the last minute, please bear in mind that there is usually one employee in the office for most of the day, and he will help customers one at a time in order; they give you their full attention. The registration process takes some time so be sure to make it out there early to plan ahead! read more

Remodeling and needed everything out. This place is great! Jonathan and Vanessa (?) were professional, kind and helpful! Gave me a good deal on a big storage room: temp controlled, big, CLEAN no bugs, lots of equipment to move your stuff, very secure. Also if you get there in time you can reserve a moving truck with a deposit which is returned to you minus 1.5Xmile after 30 miles and you fill up the gas. Total life saver.
