It was comforting to know that they were willing to work with me in regards to renting a space with them again. Jhonathan, was super friendly and very helpful. Compared to other storage places, 605 Self-Storage has controlled temperature, elevators, moving carts and even a free truck to move-in if you need it. They are super clean, very secured and they even have cold water available if you get thirsty. The first few months are discounted but after that, you will have to pay for their special rates which are lower than most places in the area. read more

Staff were patient / professional / helpful & location was clean! Definitely recommend this storage center. Daisy, Filibert and Yvetter were all very helpful in getting me my storage unit. An added bonus, if you rent a storage space, they will lend you for free an enclosed uhaul type truck to transport your items to their facility. If you exceed the total mileage allotted, you will have to pay a minimal fee per mile but they are generous with the mileage allowed. Strongly recommend this facility if you plan on storing your items. read more

I have been with US Storage Centers in Cerritos (previously 605 Self Storage) for over 10 years. Although I never had problems with the staff. I had to leave the facility for another self storage location. They used to offer a deal for one month free storage if a customer pays 12 months of storage. But for at least the last 4 years, they have not been offering this discount. I was hoping that the offer would be brought back. I have found another indoor storage in Buena Park that is significantly less expensive and offer two months off if you pay for 10 months. read more

The units seem well lit and clean. One thing less to worry about during our move! Update: Got behind in my storage fees. Daisy helped me settle my bill and provided me with a great move-out deal. Nice facility. But they RIP YOU OFF WITH INSURANCE CHARGES, even if you already have your own renter's insurance that covers your personal property. They insist that you can not refuse their own OVERPRICED insurance. I believe this is illegal. Went to another storage and was allowed to use my own renter's insurance, just showed them my existing policy. read more
