They both had a smile on their faces and looked genuinely happy to be there. The parking lot was clean and beautiful landscaping surrounded the property. The office was clean looked organized. We were discussing my move and I had mentioned that I was in transition between homes and at that time Jamie offered storage services and talked about the specials they were offering at the time. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to afford extra bills but said I would consider it for the future. Jamie offered to show me the property and I honestly was surprised at how clean it is and how nice it smelled. I expected to walk in and it smell musty dusty but it didn't. She showed me the gates and a few different unit sizes. She warned me when the door opened an alarm would go off so I wasn't startled. I love that feature and how it works. Joe was genuinely one of the sweetest guys I've met when it comes to Uhaul. He takes pride in the trucks and mine was very clean, they looked organized and parked where it was easy for me to pull the truck out without the fear or hitting someone because I have to back out blindly. If I ever need storage, I will absolutely go back to this property. If I ever need a U-Haul again, I will go back to this property. This whole experience was wonderful. They are running a bait and switch scam! They raised my rate 50% to $104/mo and then told me they could not do anything about the increase. Additionally, one month after moving in both the Cubesmart app and the entry control box at the entry door by my unit stopped working. I paid a premium to be right by that entry door. For the last 10 months I've had to use the entry door on the opposite side of the building, almost a football field away, and haul things the entire length of the building. I was promised over and over that they were working to fix it but never fixed it. Lastly there is only one single man working in the entrance office for the entire complex. 9 out of 10 times that I went to the office to inquire about the entry problem he was not there. I recommend trying other self storage companies because these problems are Cubesmart company problems, not just a single location.

Instead there was a guy that refused to provide a refund even though I had not signed a contract and had not been told of any refund policy or purchase policy when I had made payment. Just ridiculous!!! Thank goodness for bank chargebacks. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your storage needs.
