I have had my stuff here for less than a month and I am already moving out. Where my unit is, the whole floor smells like, what I can only describe as the smell of a hair salon with hair dryers(like a burning plastic smell as if someone is using a storage unit to run a salon). When I brought this to their attention they said they couldn't find the source, but "it should be fine". All of my stuff stinks, there are now small little spiders and silverfish on my stuff, and it is pretty icky. I am literally willing to pay twice the price to move everything to a different place because of these issues. I hope they rectify them for the next person!

Sure enough, I needed a larger one and was glad that Erica had given me a view of one earlier and let me know where one was open, and Beverly got me moved over to it quickly, with very minimal fuss. Facility itself is clean, temperature is great, gate and such are well maintained. The carts have to live inside the office, which is a bit of a pain, but after learning it was due to the nearby hotel taking them otherwise, completely understandable.

If I could give this storage facility zero stars, I would but you have to click on at least one…read more The facility itself is fine other than the fact that they only have 3 parking spaces anywhere around due to the location and the fact that the units and restrooms are used by homeless individuals to live out of and clean themselves (which is sad and unfortunate). However, DO NOT rent here unless you want your rate to double within the first 2 months. Mine went from $63 to $123 after making two payments. That is absolutely unacceptable! It is clearly bait and switch to get you moved in with their online "flash sale" and once your items are there you will not want to go through the hassle of moving out. They got me once, but never again. I will move out soon and I never will recommend this facility to anyone. Don't bother speaking to management. She will be very polite and let you know that she can discount it a couple of dollars per month but that the increases are a part of their policy and she cannot do anything more. This is absolutely nacceptable unless you want to upset your clients and ensure that they never return to your business nor recommend it to anyone.

Every time I've been back in past week an elevator has been down leaving only one. They don't seem to be doing anything about people leaving trash, empty boxes or crates on the dock. Parking and docks is a big problem, there are only 3 pretty tight spaces. I recently watch one renter come out and leave their car there while they went for lunch at McDonalds.

They are frequently short of carts. Rates have a lot of fees not shown online. THE FREE TRUCK IS NEVER AVAILABLE AND RARELY FREE!! this is my biggest complaint and it is really misleading advertising on their site. I picked this place to partially to use the truck and it is never available when I have asked about it - or it wasn't one of the 'free' days. . . it really isn't free and don't count on it being there when you need it. I got an estimate from them to move my stuff they quoted me $685 when the time came to pay it was $2600 and not to mention the iPad that they use for you to review, make payments and sign had a different amount than what I received on the Docusign. I questioned it and had the them lead call them because the amount she seen was also different. There were 4 different amounts. When she called to check on it the manager a lady was so rude to her and me, she told the worker that the customer should never see the iPad amount??? How when the customer has to review and sign. Anyway it was four movers a lady and three men. To me they were extremely nice and worked hard however after some days I noticed that my beds in some of the rooms were not put up, the glass on my patio table right now is still outside leaning up against the wall, the washing machine is missing all for legs and the dryer has some scratches and they never brought the vent in to the dryer and when Best Buy came to connect the washer and dryer I had to buy another vent for the dryer. And to think after paying the amount I paid I still tipped them all $50 a piece. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with my proof of different amounts I have as proof to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a waste, scam and fraud. It was my fault for not doing my research on this company and now that I'm thinking about it where did my $100 deposit go to? Hmmm
