I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. The female supervisor that spoke to me over the phone told me that I would be reimbursed for the money and that the location would be audited to see how many customers have went through the same thing and forced into any insurance being mandatory in the state of Florida. And that the employee that force or bullied me into the insurance would be held accountable for their lying. And they strongly said, please consider us in using us in the future because one location out of all the locations in Florida decided to try to force or bully their customers into insurance, knowing that it is optional, not mandatory just to make sales.

They also offer non climate controlled units and have several sizes to choose from. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Their prices are competitive. In addition to providing storage they are also an authorized Uhaul dealer. We rented a small truck from them twice for a few hours. We we quoted reasonable price and the convenience was helpful.
