Erica and Beverly were fantastic. I went to observe the unit I thought originally would work, but asked about the possibility of moving to a larger unit, just in case. Sure enough, I needed a larger one and was glad that Erica had given me a view of one earlier and let me know where one was open, and Beverly got me moved over to it quickly, with very minimal fuss. Facility itself is clean, temperature is great, gate and such are well maintained. The carts have to live inside the office, which is a bit of a pain, but after learning it was due to the nearby hotel taking them otherwise, completely understandable. read more

Staff members stayed after their normal closing time in the rain to let me arrive inspect, rent and purchase my new storage unit. Ron, specifically, was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rhenoferall experience is how business should be in an ideal world. This was my first experience with having a storage unit. Price wise, at the time I rented it in July, Cubesmart gave me the best deal of first month free, so I only paid the admin fee and for my lock (which I can use with them again later in the future). The manager who helped me that day was Juan and he was super friendly, helpful on the phone to recommend me the best unit deal for the space I needed and then gave me a really nice tour of the facility and how to best get to the storage unit I would be renting. Payment and paper process was easy, contactless and he walked me through how to use their gates and made sure I could do it myself. Facility was very clean and abided by social distancing and sanitizing. I went to the unit almost every day for half a month to move things and it was this way every time. I love that they had elevators and also had free hand carts to help the moving process be easy and fast. The other manager on duty, Melissa was also very nice. I'm VERY satisfied with my experience, 10/10 I would go back to Cubesmart for my storage needs! read more

If you're looking for a cost efficient storage facility with excellent staff, look no further. The facility itself is clean, modern, and new. There is a gated open area on the first level which is great for businesses. I actually met a man who ran his business out of his large unit. The upper levels are air conditioned and there are large, easy to maneuver carts so you wont have to carry the boxes into the elevator. The loading area is so large we were able to fit our moving truck in it and pull right up to the door.The upper two levels are air conditioned and enclosed which is just what we needed in the hot Florida sun! If you grow tired of your move, stop inside for a free cool bottle of water or a hot cup of coffee. There is free wifi in the business section so feel free to check your email in one of the comfortable leather chairs. If you need more boxes for your unit, there is a small shop next to the business section that provides tape, bubble wrap, and boxes. We were able to move most of our items with the 50 dollar moving package which is provided in the shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and will really take the time to make you feel at home. Patty, one of the managers, will do everything in her power to make you feel your best. She gave my family and I a great deal and kept her shop open an extra hour to make sure we got settled in. I don't know anyone who would go above and beyond like Patty did! The day manager is also incredibly kind and friendly. Chatting with him really helped the time fly and the move seem less daunting. If you need more help with your move, the staff inside will be happy to help you find a mover, bring Goodwill to the facility if you wish to donate, or hire an organizer to help properly pack your unit. Never again will I use one of those 'U Store' type buildings. I greatly appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable environment of Cube Smart. It made my move so much easier, and I would recommended it to any one who is about to take on the task of moving. It is well worth it! read more

I'm very disappointed with cubesmart. They are far from customer service friendly when trying to make a payment. I'm not referring to the people who work at this place locally, but cubesmart in general. I have tried setting up an account online to pay my monthly bill with no luck. When I try and log in it says I don't have an account yet. When I try and create an account it says I already have an account. When I say I need a new password it sends me one via email. I use it and it says I don't have an account yet. The last option is to pay over the phone via automated service. I think I'm doing well and at the very end it tells me if I submit my payment there is like a $3 convenience fee added on to my bill. WTF! I will be going out of my way to pay my bill in person and then will move my stuff out this month. This company not only are crooks but need to get their customer service in line. This particular facility I'm using is nice and when I was first setting up Juan was very nice to me. Too bad the rest of the company doesn't work as well as he does. read more

I was really impressed with this facility. It was extremely clean. I even asked them if it was new. They said no, they just take really good care of the building. The pricing is reasonable. I have to store items for a trade show that I attend twice a year. I was thrilled when they told me that I could have packages mailed to them and they would put them in my storage unit. That is a huge help since I fly in from the west coast. read more
